Document brief
Purpose of this document is to guide applicants about the process to be followed by them to apply through online applicant portal against various
vacancies announced by University of Agriculture, Faisalabad.
Following are requirements of candidates for smooth application processing: -
1. Stable internet connection.
2. Client-end device (preferably desktop computer system, laptop etc).
3. Web browser (Internet explorer, Google chrome, Mozilla Firefox etc).
4. Personal email ID to be used for registration and communication purpose.
5. Scan copy of picture, educational documents, bank draft to be uploaded with e-recruitment form.
6. Online/offline picture resizing software.
Process overview
Applicant have to go through with following sections to apply through Applicant portal against various job openings: -
Process steps Purpose of section
Signup & login Enter email address and password in the given fields for Signup process.
Dashboard Application submission status (including vacancy ID, date and report)
Instructions Instructions to be followed and acknowledged by the candidate before proceeding with remaining sections
of portal.
Basic Information Fill out all required fields in the Basic Information section including name, contact details and position to be
applied for.
Education This section helps the candidate to fill out educational details.
Distinctions Candidate needs to provide Academic or Professional level distinctions such as awards or honors.
Publications This section help the candidate to submit details about his/her publications.

Process steps Purpose of section
Foreign Language Candidate needs to provide details about languages, employment history and membership.
Information Information section help the candidate to provide details about medical, minimum acceptable salary and
list of documents required to be attached through online applicant portal.
Bank Draft Candidate needs to provide details about bank draft to be submitted with application.
Report Generation Applicant portal will generate report based on given details by the candidate.

process (Enter mandatory details) and click on Sign up: -

- “Dashboard” will show status of applications against which
applicant has successfully submitted his/her application.

7 Education section
- Fill out all educational, training details and save the form.
- Click “Next” to proceed with next section.

Distinction section
- Fill out all the required fields in the distinction section and
click “save” button to save the form.
- Press “Next” to proceed with next section.

Publication section
- Fill out all the fields in the publication section and press save
button to save the form.

Foreign language section
- Fill out all the fields related to foreign language form and
attach required documents.
- Provide details about experience (one-by-one).
- Click on save button to save the form before moving to next
section.

Information section
- Fill out all the fields related to the information section such
as expected salary, list of documents etc.
- This section help the candidate to attach relevant
documents with the application.
- Click “Save” button to save the form proceeding with next
section.

Bank draft section
- Fill all the fields, attach scan copy of bank draft / documents
and ‘Save’ the form.
- Applicant shall have to accept ‘DECLARATION’ by clicking
on following two check boxes. ‘Submit” button will appear
after clicking on both check boxes.

Note:-
1. Applicant can edit/change his every application at any-time
before its submission.
Candidate cann’t change his application after its
submission.

Report Generation
- As soon as candidate clicks on “Submit” button on “bank
draft” section, E-Recruitment System will generate report for
candidate to review his/her application details.
- Submit button is mandatory action required by the candidate
to apply for any position.
- Candidate needs to download report / Application form and
submit it to University in hard/print form along-with
testimonials and required documents as per procedure
defined in Advertisement.
Note: Incase, candidate intends to apply for another position than
he/she needs to do the following steps: -
- Go on home page or logout and re-login to the ‘Applicant
portal’.
- Review his/her application details and select position of
his/her interest which are available on “Basic
information tab”.
- Provide bank details with scan copy of draft against second
position to be applied by candidate and click on submit
button.
- Dashboard will give status to applicant against positions
applied by him/her.
