1. Introduction
Purpose: - The purpose of this User Manual is to help user to guide how to register
online for Haryana State Council for Physiotherapy.
2. Registration
The applicant will access the Online Registration Portal
http://haryanaphysiotherapycouncil.in for registration, where applicant will click
on “Registration” (For Registration of Physiotherapist in HSCP) as shown below:
3. Instruction
Next page will appear where applicant will read all the instruction and necessary
documents required for registration before filling the form.
4. Login and Sign Up:
After click on “Next” button on instruction page, next page will appear where
applicant who are already filled and paid the fees check the status of his/her
registration by using “applicant login” and applicants who are not registered click
on “register” to fill up the form.
5. Sign Up:
After clicking the tab of “Register” the next page will appear where applicant has
to submit form after filling the form with all necessary details and then click “Next”
to move to next page. Note: Photo size should be in between 20-40 kb.
6. Checklist
After filling the application form then click the “Next” to next page in which
applicant has to upload all the necessary documents (self-attested) in prescribed
format and then click on “declaration” in which he/she declares that he/she has
submit his/her documents in the Council address within 60 days through by post/by
hand. Then applicant upload his/her signature (size of signature should be in
between 20-40 kb) and click “Next” to move forward.
7. Payment:
After click on “Next” tab payment page is open in which applicant first check all
the details which he/she already filled and then click on “Pay Now” to pay the fee.
After clicking “Pay Now” payment gateway will open in which UPI/NEFT/Mobile
Banking option available for applicant convenience.
8. Receipt:
After paying fees “Receipt” page will appear in which transaction details,
Registration Id like option available for applicant for quick reference. Applicant
has to “download/print” receipt for future reference.
9. Applicant Login
If applicant wants to view his or her registration status after online payment and
downloading their receipt, they must login in "applicant Login" using their
"registration id" and password as date of birth (DD/MM/YYYY)"and then click
the "login" button.
10. Applicant Dashboard
After clicking the "Login" button, the applicant's dashboard page will display,
where he/she can check the status of his/her registration, such as accepted/rejected
or pending/under process, or if any documents were incorrectly submitted, the
"edit" option will be utilised and if any case council found any document
uncomplete then whatever the reason is it will shown in remarks column so that
applicant upload or edit the form as soon as possible.
If applicants wants to see and download the payment details which he/she already paid
then click on “Fee Details” button.
