This “Production Advance” sheet is designed to be a summary of the rider and contract. It in NO way
negates any items in the rider and is designed to assist in planning the event.
Please contact the TOUR MANAGER with all questions.

General Notes:
Sound, Lighting, and Set requirements are below. Promoter will be providing these items. Promoter is to
provide all stage, barricade, power, hospitality (details below)
It is understood that Promoter is to provide detailed plans of the venue with all necessary indications of
access, dressing rooms, etc. Plus any work permits, driving permits, parking, etc.

Transportation:
Minimum 1 runner available all day, day of show. 15 passenger vehicle, runner knowledgeable of local area.

Schedule to be confirmed during advance. 3hrs of sound check prior to doors required.

Local Crew:
To be discussed in advance.
(2) DEDICATED loaders to be present at both load in and load out times
(2) DEDICATED stage hands to assist during changeover and loading in/out support acts
(2) experienced English speaking audio techs
(1) experienced English speaking lighting engineer

Power:
All stage power for backline (grounded - 110v)

House Provides:
Stage to be minimum 32’ wide x 24’ deep and 4’ tall unless fixed house stage
(2) Risers. Skirted and rolling if needed. 8’x8’x1’(percussion) and 8’x8’x2’(DJ)
(12) large bath towels
(16) washed BLACK hand towels for stage
(24) bottles of Fiji brand water to be used on stage (not part of dressing room list)

Soundcheck: Cypress Hill needs a minimum of 3 hours on the provided sound system before doors.

Security:
Adequate security at ALL times to insure the safety of Cypress Hill personnel, instruments, personal
property, vehicles, etc. Security will secure backstage entrances, backstage area, stage area, and
primary upon Cypress Hill arrival through departure. During Cypress Hill performance, no one
other than the approved personnel shall be on stage.
All backstage access shall be cleared and supervised by Cypress Hill Tour Manager.

Backstage Access:
Only Cypress Hill tour passes will be honored for backstage access, unless approved by Tour
Manager. Should Cypress Hill be the headliner, the tour manager will need to approve any guest
lists and passes. All efforts to keep the number of backstage guests down to a minimum will be
appreciated.

TECHNICAL
Cypress Hill will have full control over all elements of the production of this performance including lighting,
sound, sound levels, content and creative material.

FOH AUDIO REQUIREMENTS


Both audio and lighting control at FOH will be as low and unobtrusive as possible, no more than 75 feet from
the front of stage. This includes FOH camera, video, and lighting control. FOH position must be surrounded
with barricade or bike rack with minimum of one security guard present at all times of house being open to
the public.

PA SPEC:
1st-L-Acoustic K1 or K2 (venue dependent) | 2nd-d&b J or V (venue dependent) | 3rd-Adamson E15 or E12
All systems to have matching subs, fills, amps, etc.
-Please have proper/corresponding power amps/processing/system controllers, all accessible to
Cypress Hill FOH engineer
- PA main array must be in stereo
- must be able to produce undistorted 110 dBa to all audience areas, using fills/delays where necessary
FOH CONSOLE: CONSOLE MUST BE FOR CH USE ONLY. MC MICS OR DJ MUSIC MUST BE ON SEPERATE

LEFT, RIGHT, SUB, and FRONT FILL from FOH console. (No routing into another console)
No PA tuning will be done from FOH desk. Please provide all necessary Lake LM-44’s and a wireless PC tablet
for EQ and time alignment of all PA zones.
MISCELANEOUS-MUST HAVE:
-small powered “shout” speaker to be routed out of FOH matrix output
-stool or high top chair to be used solely for Cypress Hill FOH engineer
-intercom between FOH and MON with beacons and headsets
-minimum (1) quad box for courtesy power with at least 10’ of slack (15 or 20 amp circuit)

DRESSING ROOM/HOSPITALITY
• Cypress Hill requires a minimum (3) lockable rooms in near proximity to the backstage area.
• All dressing rooms must be lockable and for the exclusive use of Cypress Hill and travel party. All
keys must be presented to tour manager upon arrival.
• All dressing rooms must be outfitted and stocked by band arrival on show day. (Time will be TBD)
• All dressing rooms must have reliable high speed WiFi internet connection and password - this
MUST be printed and displayed in EACH room.
• All dressing rooms must have multiple electrical outlets and sufficient power adapters to convert
from local supply to USA 110v
• Venue Signage- Must ensure that Cypress Hill travel party are able to navigate venue at all times.
Please ensure adequate signage for the following:
• Dressing Rooms; Production office; Stage; Artist Entrance/Exit; Catering; Showers; Toilets;
FOH access; Building exits

DRESSING ROOM 1 - BAND


- Must comfortably hold minimum 8 people
