Promissory Note for Violators

We, the undersigned Grade _____ students, hereby promise and undertake to
________________________, the authorized representative and officer of the school’s
YES-O, to refrain from throwing any form of trash within and around the premises of
ETBMSF. This commitment is made to maintain cleanliness, preserve the environment, and
foster a positive atmosphere for learning and growth within the school community.

Terms and Conditions:


1. Trash Disposal: I pledge to dispose of any waste or trash generated by me or in my
possession responsibly and in accordance with the rules and regulations set forth by
ETBMSF. I will ensure proper use of designated trash bins, recycling containers, and
any other waste management systems implemented by the school.
2. Awareness and Education: I will actively participate in awareness campaigns,
workshops, or educational programs organized by ETBMSF regarding waste
management, environmental conservation, and sustainable practices. I will utilize the
knowledge gained from these initiatives to make informed decisions about waste
disposal.
3. Peer Influence: I will encourage my fellow students, friends, and acquaintances to
adhere to responsible waste disposal practices within and around the school. I
understand that promoting a cleaner and greener environment requires collective
efforts, and I will strive to be an advocate for such behaviors.
4. Consequences of Violation: I am aware that any violation of this promissory note may
result in disciplinary action, as determined by ETBMSF. Such actions may include,
but are not limited to, counseling, community service, and penalties imposed by the
school administration.
5. Duration: This promissory note shall remain in effect from the date mentioned above
and shall continue for the duration of my enrollment at ETBMSF, unless terminated
or modified by mutual consent.

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and
conditions outlined in this promissory note. I affirm my commitment to abide by these
obligations and contribute positively to the cleanliness and environmental sustainability of
the school.
