LETTER OF RESIGNATION

To whom may it concern,


Good day!
I am Francis Jay F. Ignacio, a Tier 1 Agent under the supervision of Mr. Rani Lloyd
Haduca, and I am writing to you to render my resignation. It with such regret that I had
to choose this decision as it is had been a wonderful journey to work with you. Recently,
I have been diagnosed with acute heart disease, although I have frequent check-ups
and follow a regular maintenance, due to unfortunate work schedule, proper sleep has
been compromised causing my symptoms to aggravate. I think that it is best for both the
company and me if I am taking the time to rest and focus on improving my health
condition. It is for this reason that I am formally submitting my resignation letter due to
health issues.
I have truly enjoyed the time I have worked with the team. I profusely thank my
colleagues for their support, and I will truly cherish this experience.
Thank you so much for understanding and assistance. My best wishes for all of you.
