Task 1

My friend Samuel is the most easygoing person I have known as he always has a smile and
makes people laugh with his unique personality but also, he is really supportive which makes
him a good friend since he has advice for every situation. We have been friends for about 5
years. We met because we were classmates; since the beginning of classes he was kind and
supportive. We have things in common like the taste for art, we believe that clothing it’s a way
in which we can express many things; in fact, for a time we wanted to study the same major,
fashion design; then he started architecture and I too so that’s a good reason to spend time
together. Therefore, we have different personalities, he is so easygoing, has an incredible
sense of humor that sometimes not everybody understands and he loves to have fun. Instead
sometimes I’m shy and kind of serious. However, we have created a good relationship. 

Task 2

Five years ago, in Ontario California a crazy story happened. It Was about 9 am that Tuesday
when two police officers were on an important mission, capture a man that had stolen a car.
The police car was almost to catch the thief car because it was really fast but unfortunately
started to rain so strong and the police officer that was driving was afraid to crash or to skill
somebody that was walking on the street so he decided to slow down but it was not a good
idea so instead his partner decided to drive him. He was driving so fast and he had not realized
the brake was failing. He lost control of the car and crashed into the thief's car but also
because of the speed they drove into a river. Scared they thought they would die but the thief
pulled ropes to help them out of the car and rescued them. It was unexpected because
regardless of what he was stealing and maybe they were going to put him in prison, he
decided to save their lives. 

Task 3

Colombia it's an incredible country that has too much to offer you, food, culture, music
experiences and the kindness of people therefore as every place there are rules, tips or
important things you should know. For example, if you are in Bogota and you like sports the
first day you should visit The Sanctuary of Monserrate there you will have the best view of the
city and of course if you go there it is the custom to go with an intention. Then you have to eat
great food and for lunch you are supposed to eat ajiaco or any typical food. Another important
place you should go is the Botero Museum to appreciate art but it's not acceptable to smoke
and less touch the pieces. Finally, at night you can go to a cool cafe or nightclub to drink and
obviously there you are supposed to dance the whole night but be careful, it's not acceptable to
ask about Pablo Escobar. Just enjoy the incredible Colombian culture. 
Task 4 

When buying in those applications you have to be very careful, since they scammed me and
sent me bad products. 20 days ago I bought a sofa and a mirror to decorate my room, and also
headphones to go train.  I was very excited but I received damaged products. The sofa in the
photos was large, leather, beige and looked great but the product I received has a black stain
that I have not been able to remove, it has a scratch all over the middle and a hole in the back.
I have tried to clean it but the stain is getting bigger. On the other hand, the frame of the mirror
is chipped and the paint is peeling and sadly it is broken and there is no way to fix it. Finally,
when I was going to use the headphones they were dying and the lights flickering, I took them
to the technician to find a solution. That is why you have to be careful what you buy.
