companies in Pakistan, Qatar & KSA. Hands on Knowledge in Engineering, Estimation, Bill of Quantities.

Duties and Responsibilities with Contractor & Consultant:
 Checking and verification monthly IPC submitted by contractor.
 Verification VO’s Quantities as per design & shop drawings submitted by contractor.
 Verification new rates of VO’s submitted by contractor.
 Identifying and valuing variations and additional works.
 Measurement and valuation of the works and submission of applications for payment in good time to
ensure excellent cash flow.
 Identification, formulation and valuation of Claims.
 Re-measurement for interim and final accounts and present them to the consultant with the relevant
information to back up the costs.
 Sub-contract procurement including and price negotiations.
 Preparation of Sub-contract documentation.
 Sub-contract management and administration including interim and final account valuation and
certification.
 Assisting in overall planning, scheduling, and Monitoring of Construction progress within time &
budgetary parameters.
 Coordination with client, Consultants, MEP, other sub-contractors, Construction Manager and
Coordination with Planning.
 As a Quantity Surveyor I was coordinating with the site staff in executing the project according to the
project specification.
