SO 358 Scrapper Cirebon

1. A non-conformity report was issued for a scrapper from PT Rexline Engineering Indonesia noting that the width of the chain adapter was less than 9mm according to the drawings. 2. The corrective action proposed adding filler material or replacing the chain connector to match the 148.5mm size in the drawings. 3. A dimensional check report found that the width of the chain connector measured 140mm, which was 7mm less than the required 147mm size, and was noted as rejected.

CORRECTIVE ACTION :
1. it is necessary to add filler to the material or to replace a new chain connector, Description at point 32 on the report has the same size as the drawing of 148.5
mm, but in the attached image it has a size of 138.4 mm in this section it is a critical part because if it does not match then the actual chain cannot enter
