This document outlines the research approach, design, setting, population, sample, and sampling technique for a study. A quantitative research approach with a pre-experimental one group pre-test post-test design will be used. Sixty adolescents between 16-18 years of age studying in 11th-12th grade at a selected school in Surat, India will be recruited through convenience sampling for the study.
