Rules and Regulations

Please note down the important points.


From Thursday, 15 th June to Wednesday, 21 st June school will be held
in 2 batches
1st batch - 9:00 a.m. to 10:15 a.m.
2nd batch - 10:30 a.m. to 11:45 a.m.
You can check the list put upon the board outside for your child’s
respective batch. Strictly adhere to the batch timings.
Batch wise system has been adopted by us so as to gradually make the
child comfortable with the school timings.
From Thursday, 22 nd June 2023 to Wednesday, 28 th June 2023:
School timing will be from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. (for all mini KG classes)
Thursday 29 th June will be holiday on account of Ashadhi Ekadashi
on Friday, 30 th June 2023 last working day of the month school timing
will be from 9.00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Regular school timings from Monday, 3rd July 2023 will be 9 a.m. to 12
noon.

Entry exit
Parents to enter from gate 1 and drop the child near gate no 1.
Parents are not allowed to park any vehicle in the school premises due
to space constraint. You are requested to park the vehicles in the by
lanes.
Avoid coming late to school. The gate will be kept open till 9:00 a.m.
only.
The parents are expected to drop the child 5 minutes prior to the given
timings. Late comers will be sent home after 3 late marks. Late marks
will be given in the calendar.
Parents to pick up the child from GATE NO 1. while going home. Vans
will come to drop and pick up students from GATE NO.2.
Gate pass:
A sheet of gate pass has been provided in the kit. This has to be kept at
home. If in case some other person apart from the parent has to pick up
the child from the school, they have to bring the gate pass compulsory.
We will not hand over the child to the person without a gate pass, as it is
in lieu with the security of the child.

Leave note:
In case of leaves, parents have to fill up the absence and leave record
on page no. 19 in the calendar. If the child is sick and absent for more
than three days, parents must submit a medical certificate. For long
leave, parents have to take prior permission from the headmistress. If
the child is having any medical history, please communicate personally
with the respective class teacher.

Uniform:
Every child must wear a neat and clean uniform with I-card compulsorily.
I-card will be provided by the school. Till then the parents have to
provide a temporary I-card. Children to wear labelled Black shoes with
velcro and white socks. Shoes to be labelled properly. No ornaments
and valuables are allowed. Girls have to wear black cloth hair band with
black tic-tac clips. No fancy clips are allowed. Boys will have simple
haircut and no stylish haircut will be allowed. All the children have to
wear black school shoes and decent colourful dress on Wednesdays,
celebration days and birthdays. Boys to wear white vest and briefs. Girls
to wear slip and bloomers. If girls are wearing frocks cycling shorts is
compulsory.
School bag:
Children should carry this basket which will include tiffin, straw water
bottle, a napkin and the school calendar. Stationery will be provided by
the school.Parents are requested to send an extra pair of clothes on the
1st day of the school. It should be properly labelled and packed in plastic
bag, which will be kept in the class.
Straw water bottle is compulsory for all. All the belongings should be
properly labelled.
Tiffin:
Tiffin service will start from 3rd July. It will be a paid service. Food will be
limited. It is an optional service. Shri Guru Krupa foods will provide the
service who have food license. Parents are requested to send an empty,
labelled tiffin. Remaining food will be sent home. Menu will be shared by
the service provider. About payment..- for first term it will be Rs.2750.
While paying make sure that you mention your child's name and class
name. Last date for payment will be 25th June. Confirmation of this
facility will be intimated in the last week of June.
Parent teacher meetings:
Parent teacher meetings will be conducted throughout the year. Dates
will be mentioned in the circular. Only parents will be allowed to meet the
teacher regarding their child’s performance. Meeting slots will be
mentioned in the calendar on page 16. Other than the meetings, if the
parents want to communicate with the teacher, they can meet with a
prior appointment by sending a note with the child.

Celebrations and festivals:


Birthdays:-
We do celebrate birthdays in a traditional manner. If the child’s birthday
falls on a working day, it will be celebrated on the same day but if it falls
in long vacation or on a holiday it will be celebrated on the next working
day. Child can wear coloured dress on that day. Individual gifts and
sweets are not allowed. However, if you wish you may donate any
teaching aid or toys after consulting the teachers.
Knowing our culture is an important objective of education and to
achieve this objective we celebrate most of our festivals in a very
traditional way eg. Janmashtami, Ganapati, Dassera, Diwali and many
more.
Along with festivals we celebrate days in school like cooking day,
science day, etc.
Similarly, school arranges field trips throughout the year. Details about
the field trips will be mentioned in the circular. It will be arranged during
the school hours only.
Parents are requested to fill the consent slip for the field trip in the
calendar on the last page on or before the said date. We feel sad to say
no…… but child will not be allowed to come if consent slip is not
submitted.
If the child’s birthday falls on field trip day, it will be celebrated on next
working day so the child should wear uniform on the field trip day.
Circular
Monthly circular will be uploaded on the school website and displayed on
the soft board near the reception throughout the month.
Resource sheet and medical card:
Parents have to submit the resource sheet and medical card on the
reopening day i.e on Thursday, 15th June 2023.

School Calender :
Now regarding the school calendar.
I request you all to please open page no. 1.
Parents have to duly fill in the form.
On the second page you have the school timings. Strictly adhere to the
timings mentioned.
Now we go to page no. 12 and 13. Parents to please read and sign the
page.
Page no 14 and 15 are only for the teachers.
On page no. 16, you will get the details of the slots for parent –teacher
meeting.
If the teacher has to send any kind of note, she will use page no. 17 and
18.
Page no. 19 and 20 are used for the leave note.
The last page is consent slips for the field trips.
Please check the calendar every day.
