resumes.
 Headhunting on Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, References and through various sources.
 Job posting for particular requirements on different Portals
 Source candidates from database and different jobs portals like Naukri.com.
 Screening CV’s & after that shortlisting.
 Cold Calling candidates to encourage their interest.
 Manages full recruitment life cycle
 Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements, contacting recruiters, and usingnewsgroups and job sites.
 Sources resumes for roles in Digital/ Technology/ Analytics recruitment
 Handling IT, NON-IT, Construction, MNC Profiles
 Handling Banking & Insurance Profiles.
 Uploading Short listed CV on their particular portals.
 Determines and evaluates applicant's qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzingresponses, and
