INTRODUCTION
Training meaning:
Training is a process of increasing knowledge and skills for doing particular job (or) work.
Methods of Training:
In this method the trainee is placed on a regular job and thought the skills necessary of
performs it the trainee learns under the guidance and supervision of the superior on an
instructor the trainee learns by observing and traveling the job.
Under the method the trainee learns outside the job and devotes whole time on learning.

Institutional Training:
Training is for the college students to bridge the gap between campus and company. The
training which enables then students to be knowledgeable.

PROFILE OF THE COMPANY
The dairy sector in the India has shown remarkable development in the past decade and
India has now become one of the largest producers of milk products in the world. The dairy
sector has developed through co-operatives in many parts of the state. During 1997-98, the
state had 60 milk processing plants with an aggregate processing capacity of 5.8 million
Litters per day. In addition to these processing plants, 123 government and 33 co-operatives
milk chilling center operate in the state.
With the Increase in milk production. Maharashtra now regularty exports milk to
neighboring states. It has also initiated a free school feeding scheme, benefiting more than
three million school children from over 19,000 schools all over the state.

Current ratio can also be termed as liquidity ratio which helps to measure that
the firm has an enough resources to meet its short term requirements. It
matches company’s current assets to its present current liabilities

whereas in the year 2021 the ratio is 1.99 times.

Interpretation:
Quick ratio: In financial meaning the quick ratio can also be called as acid-test
ratio is also recognized as liquidity ratio which measures the capability of a firm
to use its near cash or quick assets to leave its current liability instantly.

From the above table indicates that in the year 2020 the quick ratio is 1.95
where as in the year 2021 the ratio is 1.32.

Interpretation:
From the above obtained information it is clear that union’s quick ratio is
comparatively decreased from 1.95 in the year 2020 to 1.32 in the year 2021
hence there is low liquidity position comparatively between these two financial
years.
