THE AIR INCL. DUST & FIBER PASSING THROUGH FILTER DRUM FROM OUTSIDE
OF DRUM. DRUM IS COVERED WITH "SAMTEN" FILTER SCREEN IN ORDER TO
CATCH FIBER & DUST. AT EACH DRUM SECTION THERE IS ONE SUCTION
NOZZLE. FILTER DRUM CONTINUOUSLY ROTARES AND SUCTION NOZZLE
RECIPROCALLY MOVING. EVACUATION FAN GIVES SUCTION AIR PRESSURE AT
NOZZLE TO SUCK FIBER & DUST FROM FILTER SCREEN TO DUST COLLECTOR.

-OR INLET BOX BY EVACUATION FAN. AIR FLITTED BY CLOTH TUBE CATCH
FIBER AND DUST PILE UP INSIDE CLOTH TUBE. CLEAN AIR MOVES THROUGH
CLOTH TUBE AND RECYCLES BACK TO FILTER ROOM. KEEP EVACUATION FAN
INTERMITTER RUNNING ( 15-20 MIN. ON / 3-5 MIN. OFF ) DURING EVACUATION
OFF, RETURN AIR FAN SUCTION PRESSURE CAUSE PIPE AIR REVERSE WITH
SLOW SPEED. BASE ON REVERSE PRESSURE, FIBER AND DUST IS TAKEN OFF
FROM CLOTH TUBE AND DROP TO BOTTOM OF WASTE BAG.

1. OPERATION INSTRUCTION
MATERIAL TRANSFER FAN TAKE FIBER, DUST AND AIR FROM MACHINES
INTO FIBER COMPACTOR THROUGH WASTE REMOVAL TUBE LINES.
GEARMOTOR DRIVES CONVEYOR WORM THAT PUSH FIBER AND DUST
DOWNWARDS TO THE DIAPHRAGM.
USING THE DIAPHRAGM'S TENSION CAN CROWD OUT FIBER AND DUST.
2.1 GEARMOTOR
FLANGED TYPE MOTOR IS INSTALLED ON THE TOP OF FIBER COMPACTOR
AND CAN DRIVE CONVEYOR WORM.
2.2 CASING
ROLLED STEEL SHEET.
2.6 DIAPHRAGM
THE MATERIAL IS MADE BY STAINLESS STEEL SHEET. AND THEIR TENSION
DEPEND ON THE WASTE MATERIAL.

BEFORE START UP, IMPELER MUST ROTATES MANUALLY. CHECK IT,
WHETHER IT HAVE ABNORMAL NOISE. CLEAN THE FILTH ON
IMPELLER SURFACE DURING MAINTENANCE TO REDUCE LOAD.
2,2 MOTOR
CHECK MOTOR'S ROTATION DIRECTION AND ELECTRIC CONNECTIONS.
2,3 BEARING
MAKE SURE THAT LUBRICATING OIL IS POURED INTO BEARING HOUSE
BEFORE START UP.
