A great recipe for sharing or for

when you're hosting this festive

season!
Directions

Ingredients 1 Preheat your oven to 180°C

Roll the pastry out until flat, then cut a star

2 shape in the centre


100g Cranberry Sauce
Then spread your cranberry sauce around the

150g Brie 3 edge of your pastry and top with your Brie
275g Reduced Fat Puff Pastry
Pull each point of the star to the edge then

Egg Wash 4 brush your pastry with egg wash, then bake for

20 minutes or until golden

LEFTOVER PIZZA
The perfect Boxing Day recipe - a great way to use up your Christmas dinner

leftovers as a perfect pizza treat!

Ingredients Directions

1x Flatbread
1 Preheat your oven to 180°C

Cover your flatbread in tomato purée and top with the

30g Tomato Purée 2 mozzarella

20g Reduced Fat Mozzarella Then add all of your favourite Christmas dinner leftovers and

70g Cooked Turkey


3 pop into the oven

Once your pizza is golden, remove from the oven, top with

CRANBERRY, BRIE AND

MOZZARELLA SWIRLS
You'll be surprised at how easy yet DELICIOUS this recipe is!

Directions Ingredients
1 Preheat your oven to 180°C

120g Self Raising Flour

Mix your flour with the baking powder. Then add the greek

2 yogurt and mix to create the dough (if it’s too gooey - just

add a little more flour)



150g 0% Fat Greek Yogurt

1 Tsp Baking Powder

3 Roll dough out on a floured surface to avoid it sticking

40g Lighter Mozzarella
Once you have a nice big rectangle, add grated mozzarella,

30g Cranberry Sauce


4 chunks of brie and cranberry sauce and spread evenly over

the dough
 30g Brie


Slice into even lines from the top - it should make 6 nice

5 sized swirls!

Roll up each individual roll and place into a baking dish and

6 bake for around 15ish minutes or until golden

If you want to make the tops of the swirls crispier & more

BOXING DAY

QUESADILLAS

A fun way to use up your

Christmas dinner left overs -

smothered in cheese!
Directions

Ingredients 1 Preheat your oven to 180°C

Lay out one tortilla and spread over your

2x Tortillas
2 cranberry sauce, then shred up and place your

turkey on top
30g Cranberry Sauce
Slice the camembert into thin slices spread out

150g Cooked Turkey 3 evenly over the turkey and sprinkle over some

chopped thyme
100g Camembert
A few springs of thyme
4 Then top with your final tortilla

Place onto an ovenproof tray and pop into the

oven for 10 minutes or until golden and crispy.

5 Once removed from the oven, cut into wedges

and sprinkle with thyme and enjoy!

Ingredients

25g Reduced Fat Green Pesto
Preheat oven to 200°C and line a baking sheet

1 with baking paper 30g Reduced Fat Grated Mozzarella

Combine the pesto and mozzarella in a small


30g Reduced Fat Grated Cheddar
2 bowl & stir (leave some pesto for the top)
2 Tbsp Cranberry Sauce

3 Unfold & roll out the puff pastry and cut out 12*

2 50g Sheets of Puff Pastry

1 Egg; beaten
Spread a very thin layer of pesto mozzarella

4 mixture onto the pastry shapes and then add a

little sprinkle of cheddar cheese on top


Oregano + Parsley

Roll out the 2nd puff pastry sheet, and cut out

5 another 12* tree shapes and layer over to match

first cut outs

Brush the tree cut outs with the beaten egg and

The ultimate festive breakfast

Directions Ingredients

*Note - prepare the recipe the night before* 50g Rolled Oats
In a bowl, mix your oats with your protein
50-60ml Almond Milk
1 powder and almond milk with a dash of nutmeg,

cinnamon & ginger 200g 0% Fat Greek Yogurt

Make sure there’s just another liquid so that it’s


20g Vanilla / Speculoos/

2 covering the oats. Leave in the fridge for a

minimum of 4 hours (best left overnight!)


gingerbread Protein Powder

2 Mini Gingerbread Cookies


Mix your yogurt with a teaspoon of cinnamon

3 and optional zero calorie flavouring (we used


vanilla)
Zero Sugar Maple Syrup

1 Lotus Biscuit
Add a large tablespoon of the overnight oat

mixture to the bowl/ glass, followed by a

4 teaspoon of the yogurt. Layer this on top of each

Crumble up a lotus biscuit & sprinkle some

CHOCOLATE ORANGE PROTEIN DONUTS
You do-nut want to miss out on this sweet treat!

Ingredients Directions

60g Blended Oats 1 Preheat oven to 160°C

30g Vanilla Protein Powder Add your dry ingredients into a bowl then stir in your wet

2x Tbsp Cocoa Powder


2 ingredients until smooth

Spray your doughnut moulds with some zero calorie spray

1x Tsp Baking Powder 3 and pour in the mixture evenly into your doughnuts moulds
1x Medium Egg
Bake 15 minutes or until a fork comes out clean and then.

1x Tsp Vanilla Extract 4 remove from the oven and allow to cool

70g Fat Free Greek Yoghurt When serving, top with your strawberry and use your

30g Lindt Dark Chocolate

5 whipped cream to create your Santa hat!

GINGERBREAD

PROTEIN

PANCAKES

The festive breakfast you'll make

all year round!


Directions

Combine all of the wet ingredients in a bowl

Ingredients
1 and then gradually mix in the dry ingredients

until you have a smooth consistency

70g Banana Heat a large pan/skillet and spray with Frylight,

1x Egg 2 then spoon your mixture onto the centre of the

hot pan
70g Fat Free Greek Yoghurt
Flip half way through cooking, and once golden

50ml Almond Milk 3 on both sides, pop onto a plate

20g Plain Flour Repeat that process until you have used up all of

Lastly, place your gingerbread man in the

1x Tsp Baking Powder 5 centre, and top with your icing sugar!

CHOCOLATE
ORANGE

BROWNIES

Great for sharing or for your

cosy night in treat! Directions

Preheat your oven to 170°C, spray an 8 inch

Ingredients 1 square cake tin with low-calorie cooking spray

and line with non-stick baking paper

Put the lighter butter, granulated sweetener,

100g Self Raising Flour baking powder, self raising flour, eggs, cocoa,

50g Lighter Butter


2 orange zest and chocolate syrup/ sauce into a

large mixing bowl and mix until combined


4 Eggs
Chop up the chocolate orange segments and add

3 Tbsp Chocolate Cocoa


3 half into the brownie batter

Powder Pour into the cake tin and sprinkle over the

3 Tbsp White Granulated


4 remaining chocolate orange pieces. Place in the

oven for 16 minutes until slightly risen and set


Sweetener
Leave to cool in the tin for a few minutes and

5 then transfer to a wire rack. Cut into 12 squares

and serve!
