Parent / Teacher Meeting 2022-23 (Class VI - X)

Dear Parents,

You are requested to attend a Parent/Teacher Meeting on

Saturday, April 1, 2023 from 09:30 am to 01:30 pm. This meeting

has been arranged for you to meet your child's teachers and discuss

his/her progress in school. Kindly adhere to the given time. If you

require more time for discussion with the teachers, you may take

an appointment for another day from the school office. Attend the

meeting compulsorily.

Parent / Teacher Meeting 2022-23 (Class VI - X)

Date: 1st April 2023

Venue: Room No. – 6, First floor

Time: 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.

Agenda:
1. Performance of students in Formative Assessment IV
2. Students Participation in activities and class discussions and their behavior
3. Parents role in developing healthy habits and discipline in children’s life.

Minutes of Meeting:

i) Meeting began when parents of five students gathered in the


Room-6.
ii) I (Syed Shaibaz) started the meeting by addressing the X class
students explaining them about Different tips to keep themselves
Healthy and active for the upcoming S.S.C Examinations. The
amount of sleep required and methods to concentrate on learning
and practicing Math’s and Science subjects for the exam.
iii) Bhavana advised the students to be extrovert and speak to their
subject teachers to clarify their doubts and be confident, drive
away their fear of X class Board exams.
iv) When few more parents gathered around the teaching staff
along with the Headmistress came to address the meeting and
called out every child and addressed their parents with the
essential inputs like their Academic Performance, Behavioral
aspects, eating habits, Classroom interactions, active
participation in learning and completing the work given to them
and most importantly their attendance.
v) All the subject teachers appreciated the students who improves
and suggested ways to the parents of the weak students.
