LL Dam Formwork 2p en EAP ID High Res

The document discusses crane-lifted climbing formwork for one-sided applications like dams, barrages, and pylons. It offers rapid construction through optimized cycles with the same formwork for starting blocks and lifts. Different system variants from D12 to D35 can be economically adapted to project dimensions. A selection of options renders the dam formwork an economic standard solution for block heights up to 5 meters.

Crane-lifted climbing formwork for one-sided applications

Dam formwork is used for forming one-sided construction projects, such as dams, barrages, river power stations or pylons without
formwork ties. The climbing tower will transfer all pouring loads into the previous pouring section. Different system variants D12,
D15, D22 and D35 facilitate economic adaptation to various project-specific block dimensions.

Rapid construction progress Safe working conditions

due to optimised operating cycles in all stages of the job

ƒ Efficient forming from the start by using the same form- ƒ Secure attachment to structure due to heavy duty suspen-
work for starting blocks and regular cycles sion points
ƒ Shorter periods of crane commitment due to rapid lifting of ƒ Safe working conditions resulting from closed and gener-
climbing tower and formwork as one unit ously dimensioned working platforms up to 2.80 m wide
ƒ Quick and precise formwork installation in every direction ƒ Safe climbing and descending between platforms due to
due to easy adjustment options ladder system that can be integrated

Project-specific solutions
due to different system variants

ƒ Economic standard solutions for block heights up to

5.00 m due to statically optimised climbing towers
ƒ Choice of formwork due to random combinations with
framed, wall or steel framework
ƒ Ideal for use in reinforced structures as a result of design
variants with formwork that can be rolled back
ƒ Suitable for altering wall inclinations in the course of
construction due to adaptable climbing tower and limitless
options for formwork
Using our Dam formwork D35, we were able to pour 5-m block heights
during construction of the Dam Sarvsfossen project in Norway. The
ensuing reduction in the number of block joints resulted in significant
acceleration of the construction progress.

A selection of different system options D12, D15, D22 and D35 renders Doka Dam formwork an economic standard solution for block heights up to 5 m.
