• Water gas shift reaction, heterogeneous catalytic reaction, production of butyl acetate, Heat of combustion.
• Extractive, Reactive, Multicomponent Rigorous, and Pressure Swing Distillation, PFR, CSTR. Created petroleum assay.
• Able to use CAPE-OPEN Distillation col., recycle logical op, pump, and valve unit op., and set up reaction kinetics.
SEMICONDUCTOR DEVICE FABRICATION
Design, Fabrication & Characterization of MEMS Actuator NRF, UF 2022
• Used KLayout to design the MEMS photomask, and developed a bimorph actuator on a p-type 2” Si wafer.
• Performed lift-off, BOE etching, DRIE, lift-off, PECVD, lithography, sputtering. Used AC, DC current to characterize MEMS.
Fabrication & Characterization of PN Junction Diodes & Photodiodes NRF, UF 2022
• Built diodes by performing Photolithography, BOE Etching, Stripping, Descum, Metal deposition & Lift-off on p-type Si wafer.

Studying non-colloidal rigid fiber suspensions’ dynamics under simple and reversed shear in FORTRAN. Simulated Jeffery’s orbit.

MS Research at IIT M: Kinetic Investigation of Moffat-Swern Oxidation (MSO) Reaction and the 2019–‘22
Analysis of Micromixing (Advisor Dr. S. Pushpavanam, Institute Chair, Chemical Engg., IIT Madras, India)
Extracted the kinetics of the MSO reaction (in a Microreactor environment) computationally through optimization
techniques (fmincon, Particle Swarm Optimization) on MATLAB. Different mixing strategies for optimum yield were explored.
Results showed that in a Microreactor we can achieve the same yield at room temperature as -70℃ in a conventional batch reactor.
