1)      Inclusion of
a)       Electrical work :
• Installation and connection of PV panels
• Installation of Inverter and battery system
• Connection of circuit breakers and surge protection devices
• Complete services from WAPDA input to main distribution box.
• Net metering File + File Processing + Speed Money
b)      Civil work:
• A minimum 60 feet bore for AC Earthing
• A minimum 60 feet bore for DC Earthing
• To concrete structure’s base for support

3)      Standard Exclusions:

i) Any cost or activity associated with up-gradation of customer's existing electrical service/panel or
building
ii)  electrical
Any cost grounding
or activity system.

components after delivery to the customer site.

iii) Any cost or activity associated with repair of damage caused by fluctuation in grid (DISCO).
iv)  Any cost or activity associated with working on any live electricity system that comes under the
purview of local DISCO or Authority.
v)  Demand Notice for 3phase connection, extension of load, change of name and extension of conductor.
4)      Installation Period
i)  Commissioning of solar PV system will be done within 15 days after submission of 70% project cost
by the customer to the Company.
ii)  100% payment at the time of order is mandatory
iii) The acquisition of the relevant net metering approval, generation license and installation of

bi-directional/net meter can be a lengthyprocess as it involves multiple Government departments/agencies.

So it will take 30 to 40 days.
5)      Warranty
i) Inverter warranty 4 years (1 year parts + 3 Years’ service)
ii) Warranty of solar panel will be 12 years performance/ 25 Year power output.
