Introduction
FC68 is newly developed production by FONGS, it can use on dyeing machine, dyeing accessory
supporting, chemical dispensing system and terminal etc.

Record data function
Collect available selected digital or analog data for high resolution and high frequency recording, like
main pump, piston valve on/off status; record main pump setting and its running speed, frequency,
power; main kier set temperature, real temperature, and energy consumption etc.
Also collect any event like start batch, modify parameters, jump step, end, insert dye program, manual
operation and record operator name for easy tracing.
Export the batch report and curves for easy reading.

User login in and management function
In order to categorize different users with different operation rights (e.g. open batch, close batch, end,
jump, insert, program, modify step parameters, fill operations, drain operations, various tank
operations, etc), some users have been defined in FC68 at the time of ex-factory.
Administrator can then assign to new users with suitable rights according to these ex-factory users.
