Data Entry Operator (Mental Health Division, MoH&FW)

National Health Systems Resource Centre (NHSRC), New Delhi on behalf of Mental Health Division,
Ministry of Health & Family Welfare (MoH&FW) is seeking applications from qualified candidates for the
above mentioned post purely on contractual basis.

Qualifications & Experience:


 Graduate in any subject.
 Qualification & Experience of computer skills, internet, web surfing including data processing and
interpretation using Excel software .
 2 years’ experience in Handling Data Entry in National Programmes being run by the
Government at National/ State level .

Job responsibilities:
 Data entry, compilation, analysis and data management online on reporting formats from districts
and states.
 Assist Consultants, Program Associates and Program Officers in Data processing, interpretation
and report preparation.
 Maintain the records which received from states and various Institutes regarding progress report
and information.
 Assist in Monitoring and Evaluation.
 Develop data base from monitoring formats & reports.
 Assist in organization of review meetings, workshops and training courses.
 Logistics management of various publications, report related to Mental Health Programme and
also IEC Material.
 Any other job assigned as per programme need by the reporting officer.

 Remuneration: Rs. 30,000/- pm (Fixed annual increase of Rs. 1500/- per year).
 No. of Position: Two
 Age limit: Up to 35 years
