1. This study examined undergraduate students' attitudes towards online counseling since the COVID-19 pandemic. It found that female students and students with moderate academic achievement had more favorable attitudes compared to male students and higher-achieving students. 2. The study aimed to evaluate counseling competency among academic advisors in higher education. It found that most participants seeking counseling were female between 20-40 years old. 3. The study examined university students' willingness to seek counseling or alternative treatment for depression. It found that nearly 1/3 of students reported moderate-severe depression and were over twice as likely to pursue alternative options over university counseling.
