Role & Responsibilities


• Accounting
Prepare and keep its books of account and other relevant documentation and financial statements for every financial
year of the company
Develop and ensure adherence to financial and accounting principles, policies and procedures
• Accounts Receivable Management
Timely and correct Invoice preparation and communication to clients
Timely follow-up on collections
• Payroll Management:
Timely and accurate disbursement of salaries for all employees/ contractors, and paymentof TDS, PF, Pension, Gratuity
• P2P Management:
Timely and correct disbursement based on approved policy & optimum credit cyclemanagement
• Internal Financial Controls:
Develop and maintain effective systems of internal controls over for sound financial management and financial
reporting
• Financial Reporting
Co-ordinate with auditors to ensure timely release of annual audited financial statements
Monthly book closure
• Compliance under applicable India and US Laws
• Management Reports: Daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to management

Role Requirements
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and oral communication
• Disciplined and data-driven approach, with strong attention to detail
• Working knowledge of accounting software like QuickBooks/Tally/Zoho/NetSuite etc.
• Team player with an ability to work effectively in small groups

Background
• Must be a graduate in accounting or taxation
• 1-4 years of post-qualification experience accounting or taxation
