9 tdi 1z with few modifications without


geting a tune
1.basic maintance (this is most basic but most important)
2.Change original wastage regulation walve with N75 valve
-To wire n75 valve u use standard wiring only dieferent connector
3.Turbo upgrade dirrect bolt on GT1749va from 1.9 tdi pd130
4.Injector upgrade basic upgrade is injectors from AFN or ASV they are 0.205mm and
they are good for 170hp
5.Increasing fuel with "hammer mod"
-loosen top cover on injection pump using special tool for one bolt or just
hammer in a 7mm socket and rest are just some 5-6mm hex bolt
-only slight loosen the top,make sure there is no fuel leaking
-pushing top cover to timing belt will encrease fuel quantity and oposite way
will lover it
-using vcds in measuring blocks you can find fuel quantity factori spec is from
3-9 you want to lower the value under 3 lower the value more fuel
-make sure timming is in factory spec
6.pd130-pd150 intake manifold with egr delete
7.Front mount intercooler is a must cuz factory side mount gets heat soked
8.Less restrictive exhaust (straight pipe)
9.Hard pipe intercooler pipes are optional but recommended
And that's it now you are running around 130-140 hp
