 Foreword
Thanks for your purchasing our forklift truck.

This operation manual is the explanations that how to use 1-3t “B”-series electric forklift truck correctly. It

will instruct you how to operate safety and precautionary maintenance. All that in charge of operation,

maintenance and management must read and comprehend this manual well. Only in this way it can exert the

forklift truck’s potential and it will protect your safety.

This manual is also applicable to other type forklift truck with attachment.

Because of the renovation on the designing, maybe there are several differences between the explanations

and the trucks that you have got. Otherwise, the performance of the truck may have some change because of

the request of the customer.

Our “B” series four-wheel electrical forklift trucks have already passed CE certificate.

General rules
To make the truck and you safety, operator should obey these rules below:
1. Only trained and authorized operator shall be permitted to operate the truck;
2. Before start truck you should check all control and alarm device, if there are any damaged or objection,
you could not operate it until repaired it;
3. Before open the electrical source, you should not step on accelerator pedal and operate lever of the
hydraulic control value;
4. When carry the load, the weight should not much overload. The fork shall insert in the load entirely
and well proportioned. It is not permitted use only one fork to load;
5. You should operate the truck smoothly when start, turning, travel, brake and parking. On a slick or wet
road, you should decrease speed when turning;
6. Be carefully when traveled a ramp. If the ramp angle is bigger than 10%, travel forward up ramp and
backward down ramp. Never turn sideways and stack load on an incline;
7. Notice the foot passenger, barrier, pothole and the clearance upside;
8. It is prohibit picking up a man or standing on the fork;
9. No permitted to stand or walk under the fork;
10. No permitted to operate the truck and attachment on other position except the operator’s seats;
11. Do not carry the stable load. Be carefully to carry these goods with large size;
12. Notice the load not drop form the load bracket for those trucks that overall maximum lift height is
higher than 3 meters. If necessary, make some protective measure;
13. Travel the load as low as possible and tilt back the mast;
14. You should to drive carefully and slowly when driving over a dock-board or bridge-plate;
15. Normally, it is not permitted to use traveling generator and lifting pump generator at the same time. or
working efficiency will lower caused by over large discharging current;
16. The battery life will be shorten when the battery is exhausted deeply and the truck can not move any
more;
17. There will bring exploding gas in the bosom of the battery, prohibit any flame nearby it absolutely.
Prohibit smoking, otherwise it will bring exploding;
18. Not let any tools close the two terminal of the battery to avoid spark or short circuit because the battery
has high voltage and energy;
19. The truck with attachments should be treated as a loaded truck;
20. When leave the truck, you should let the fork down, make the shift lever neutral and cut the power. Parking on
a grade, make sure to tighten the brake lever. If necessary, use a block when parking on a grade for a long time.

P mode: The truck is in Power Mode. All the

programmable parameters are lower than S mode. It

B. Mode indicator

This indicates your truck in which traveling mode.

If you pull up the parking brake lever, this LED lights

D. Status indicator

When the controller is incorrect, wrong operation or

battery power is low, this status indicator will flash.
E. Error code LED

Error code will display on this area if the controller is

wrong.
Caution!
“TRAVEL” means traction controller’s error code, and
“HYD” means pump controller’s error code. If two
controllers are right, it will display “TRAVEL OK”.
Caution!
Traction controller’s error code, please refer to
appendix.
F. Total hour meter

When you turn on the key switch, the hour meter will
works until turn off it. Minimum unit is 0.1 hour. The
other two hour meter on the right side is no use.

When battery quantity is lower than 20% of

Communicate indicator (A)

Speed limited indicator (D)

working at low speed mode. The maximum speed of
truck decreased. Press button 1, you can switch the
high speed and low speed mode.
Error indicator (B)

When operation is wrong, error code will display on

the dashboard. The error indicator lights on.

Accelerate indicator (E)

When this lamp lights on, it means the truck working

at low acceleration mode. The maximum
