Ping pong bow.

Assembly guide.

List and quantity of parts.

The parts need to be cut on the CNC machine from a sheet of plywood. The contours of the parts for
cutting are in the folder «DXF files».

The parts 13 need to be cut from 4mm diameter steel rod. The length of the parts 13 is 30 mm,
provided that the plywood parts are 6mm thick.

Plywood parts need be glued with PVA wood glue.

Step 1.

Glue the part 11, part 6 and part 12 to the part 1. Use holes for easier orientation of part 12.

Pay attention to part 2 should move easily.


Step 2.
Glue the parts 5 to the parts 1.

Step 3.
Glue together two assemblies. Use holes for easier orientation.
Step 4.
Glue the parts 3, pats 8, pats 9 and parts 10.
Step 5.
Glue the parts 7 to the parts 1.

Step 6.
Place the part 4 into the assembly. Fix the part with steel axles (parts 13). Parts 4 must rotate easily
on steel axes.
Step 7.
Place the part 2 into the assembly. Parts 2 must move easily.
Step 8.
Put on rubber bands as in the photo.
