Introductions
1. Then and now (45 mins)
Collect photos of every member from when they were at DoMs and current pictures. Display them one by one
on the screen and ask people to guess. Then let the person get up and say a few words.

2. Nostalgic memories
Collect pictures of events or outings from their time at DoMs, let people guess and then let some people who
were in the picture say a few things about their memory.

Indoor games for networking

1. Speed meeting (30 mins)


Similar to speed meeting, two people stand across from each other and get to know each other. When the bell
rings, they have to switch and go meet another person

2. Who am I ? (30 mins)


Each person gets a post it stuck on their back with the name of a famous personality. They have to go around
the room asking people yes/no questions about the person until they guess it. At the end everyone comes
together and tries to guess the person

Outdoor games

1. Carry the water (30 mins)


Everyone is divided into 2 teams, they will have to line up and will each be given a small cup. There will be a
container of water near them and another container placed a few feet away. Each member will have to fill
their cup with water, hold it with their mouth and with their hands at the back, walk towards the empty
bucket. Once they reach the other side, they will have to empty their cup into the container. The team that has
managed to transport the most amount of water with least spillage wins.

2. Straw Building. (30 mins)


Each team is given a packet of straws, they have to build the tallest upstanding structure with it.

4. Logistics Plan:

- Venue: We propose hosting the event at SAC Auditorium, IIT Madras . The location offers ample space and
facilities to accommodate all attendees comfortably.

- Registration: A seamless online registration system will be set up to facilitate smooth and hassle-free
registration for the alumni.

- Accommodation: For out-of-town alumni, we will collaborate with Tara Mani Guest house for overnight
accommodation.

- Transportation: We will arrange a college bus for transportation around the campus.

- Event Material: Name tags , Agenda, Welcome kit containing personalised mementoes, Water bottlesetc
