Display Activity Price Planning

Purpose
This transaction is used to display the costs planned for cost centers.

Prerequisites
 The transaction ‘change activities/prices planning-KP06’ should have been
posted for the selected cost center.

Menu Path
To go to the screen Display Cost Element Planning: From Initial screen, use the following
menu path:
 Accounting  Controlling  Cost Center Accounting  Planning  Cost
and Activity  Display

Transaction Code
 KP27

Work Steps
In the Display Cost Element/Activity Input Planning : Initial Screen

1. Update the following Required, Optional, and Conditional fields, as needed:


Field R/O/C Description/Action
Version R Enter the version number as 0, which is the
plan/actual version
From period R Enter the period from
To period R Enter the period to
Fiscal Year R Enter the fiscal year
Cost center from R Enter the beginning of the cost center range for
viewing the price planning
Cost center to R Enter the end of the cost center range for viewing
the price planning
Cost center group C Enter the cost center group for viewing the price
planning if the cost center range is not entered
Activity type from C
Activity type to C
Activity type group C
Cost Element From C *

2. Click or F5 or select Goto  Overview screen to go to the screen Display Cost


Element/Activity Input Planning: Overview screen.

3. If the selected cost center or cost center range to be displayed are not already planned
using the transaction KP06, the system will give the following message:
“No data has been entered yet”. Otherwise it will display the Overview screen.

4. The details, which are entered in the initial screen, like version, fiscal year, periods and
the cost center will be displayed in the overview screen. The cost elements planned on
the cost center will be visible.

5. Click [Exit]
