A. Where is the resort located – This one detail has already been answered for all resorts
B. Hotel Star Class Rating (You can find this on google when you search for a hotel. Class ratings
range between 1-5 stars. They are located after review ratings in each hotel summary.)
C. Distance from airport (in miles & minutes) You can get this number from destify.com
D. How Many Rooms? Try the hotel website or Google to see if they have a fact sheet. For
example for Sandals Antigua you would google “Sandals Antigua fact sheet”
E. Room Price Range? You can get this number from destify.com
F. Does this resort have free wifi in the guest rooms? Type ‘Y’ for Yes and ‘N’ for No
G. Does this resort have 24 hour room service for all guests? Type ‘Y’ for Yes and ‘N’ for No
H. How Many Restaurants?
I. How Many Bars?
J. How Many Swimming Pools?
K. Is there Golf Nearby? Type Y for Yes and N for No
L. Is there another resort in the same complex? If so list the neighboring affiliated resort names
M. How many Weddings per day does this resort hold? You can get this number from
destify.com
N. How many wedding venues does the resort have? You can get this number from destify.com
O. Does this resort have a wedding gazebo? Type Y for Yes and N for No
P. Does this resort have a wedding chapel? Type Y for Yes and N for No
Q. Does this resort have a bridal suite where the bride & bridesmaids can dress on the wedding
day? Type Y for Yes and N for No You can skip this question.
R. Is this resort certified in south Asian weddings? Type Y for Yes and N for No You can skip this
question.
S. Is this resort certified by the Travel Advocacy Group? Type Y for Yes and N for No You can
skip this question.
T. Is this resort LGTBQ friendly? Type Y for Yes and N for No You can get this info from
destify.com
U. Read travel advisor reviews for this hotel using search term “beach” to see what the quality
of the beach is & also check oyster reviews. Mark the quality level as Excellent Very Good,
Average or Poor. Just scan the most recent 10 reviews on trip advisor and see what oyster
says about the beach. Some resorts don’t have Oyster reviews and that’s ok.
V. Check travel advisor reviews for this hotel using search term “food” to see what the quality
of the food is & also check oyster reviews Mark the quality level as Excellent Very Good,
Average or Poor. Just scan the most recent 10 reviews and then see also what Oyster says
about the food. Some resorts don’t have Oyster reviews and that’s ok.
W. Does this resort have over the water bungalows? Type Y for Yes and N for No
X. Does this resort have either swim-up or swim-out rooms? Type Y for Yes and N for No
Y. Does this resort have plunge pool rooms or rooms with private pool? Type Y for Yes and N
for No
Z. Does this resort have swim-up pool bars? Type Y for Yes and N for No
AA. List activities that are included for free at this resort

AB. Does this resort have a kids club? Type Y for Yes and N for No

AC. Does this resort have a teen club? Type Y for Yes and N for No

AD. Does this resort have ocean view wedding ceremony venues that are not on the sand? Type
Y for Yes and N for No

AE. What is the hotel’s trip advisor review rating?

AF. What is this hotel’s wedding wire review rating (Check to see if this resort is rated on
weddingwire.com. Many resorts are not rated there. If not just type N/A)

AG. What is their Google review rating?

Most of the answers can be found on google, trip advisor, oyster.com and on each hotel’s website. Some
of the questions about wedding venues can be found on destify.com.
