Shira: A blessed afternoon to everyone! July 10, 2023 marks one of the most-awaited special
day not only for our pupils but also for us, the teachers.
To our ever dynamic School Principal Dr. Ana Marie Panaligan, and to our highly
competent and deeply motivated members of the AES faculty and staff, a pleasant
afternoon!
Sir Arvin: It is also my honored to acknowledge the presence of our Brgy. Captain, Sir Jaimer
M. Sierra, to our honorable City Councilor, Ms. Joyce Ann Mojica and to our ever supportive
Public Schools District Supervisor, Mrs. Susan A. Aquino, good afternoon. Your presence
today means a lot to us, for the Aguadorians Teachers.
Shira: Sir Jim Stovall, the author of the book ‘Today’s the Day’, a motivational speaker, and
a movie producer suggested, “You need to be aware of what others are doing, applaud
their efforts, acknowledge their successes, and encourage them in their pursuits. When
we all help one another, everybody wins.”
Arvin: And today’s is the day to recognize our colleagues who put so much effort in assuring
that quality education took place inside Aguado Elementary School.
Shira: TO formally start our program, may I request everyone to please stand for the singing
of the Nationalistic Song to be led by our fellow teacher, Mrs. Rudelyn P. Umenga. And right

after that, a prayer will follow to be led by our very own grade 1 teacher, Mrs. Gerramie G.
Masicap.
Arvin: Let us now be seated and listen to the statement of the Quality Policy of Department
of Education. ------is it still included in the program?
Shira: To give us the background and Rationale of today’s program including the terminal
objectives, may I call in on stage Mrs. Veronica R. Garcia.
Arvin: Thank you Maam Veron. It is indeed gratifying to feel like your effort have been
acknowledge especially when you don’t expect for any returns.
Shira: To give us her opening remarks, let us have on stage our very loving and supportive
principal, Dr. Ana Marie R. Panaligan.

Arvin: To give us his greetings, may we request on stage our Brgy. Captain, Hon. Jaimer M.

Shira: Thank you very much, Sir Jaimer Sierra. Let us also hear a message from our Public
Schools District Supervisor, Mrs. Susan A. Aquino. A round of applause please.
Arvin: Thank you very much, Maam Susan for that _____________ message.
To give us her message of inspiration, may I call in our City Councilor, Hon. Joyce

Shira: Let us now proceed to the essence of this program. As we are here to recognize and
reward teaching, teaching-related employees and non-teaching personnel for their outstanding
contributions and accomplishments in the school. We are honored to read to you the title of
the awards to be given and its description.

For todays’ awards, we have 5 categories namely Special awards, Leadership
awards, Competency and Efficiency Awards, Service Awards and Recognition of
Extra-Curricular Tasks Awards. Each categories is composed of a specific award.
Arvin: Before we proceed to the Special Awards, let us have first the Recognition of
Extra Curricular Tasks Award. This is a recognition given to a teacher who is serving as
Focal Person/coordinator of any School Related Task.
What are the coordinatorship na bibigyan ng recognition?
I think, we do have a long list of coordinatorship to read here, sir.
Arvin: Completing the school year being present at all times is what defines
our next awardee. She/he has no absence in class and school activities, even in
meetings and in any school activity. When his/her presence is highly needed, she/he
make sure to always show up in extent of accomplishing the task. The Perfect
attendance award goes to _____________________.
Shira: For the Best Structured Classroom, a recognition is given to a teacher who maintain
classroom cleanliness and orderliness to ensure pupils’ learnings. Our congratulations goes to
________________.
Congratulations Ma’am/sir. May you continue putting efforts in making the
classroom conducive for learning?

Arvin: For the Top Performing Class adviser, it is given to Mr. / Mrs. /MS.
__________________ for having no Records of Drop-outs and retained pupils in his/her
advisory class. This teacher did the necessary intervention to prevent his/her pupils from
failing academically. He/she made sure to address the needs and concerns of the learners.
Once again, congratulations!
Shira: The next award goes to the teacher who rendered less than 3 years of service in
teaching. She/he shows dedication, hard work and commitment to the teaching profession.
She/he has shown initiative of seeking technical assistance and professional growth. This
award is the New Teacher Award, and this goes to ___________________________.
Arvin: The next awardee is a model of integrity in school and in the community. She/he
consistently demonstrated exemplary ethical behavior. And that is no other than Mr. /Mrs.
/Ms. _____________________. You will receive the Exemplary Behavior Award.
Shira: And now, for the last award under Special Awards, the Best in LIS Encoding. I will
call on the person who has the least corrections and issues in the LIS. This teacher shows
promptness in addressing and accomplishing LIS related tasks and concerns.
BOTH: Once again, congratulations to the awardees of Special Awards. You are truly our
inspiration!
Let us now move to the next category of awards, The Leadership Awards.
Shira: Do you believe that leadership is not about titles, or positions? But rather it is about
one life influencing another. According to Marilyn Hewson, there are two types of
leaders-------the Good leader and the Great leader. She said that “Good leaders organize and
align people around what the team needs to do, while Great Leaders motivate and inspire
people with why they are doing it”.
But aside from the type of leader that we have, what also matter is how these colleagues of us
be able to influence us to successfully accomplish our duties and responsibilities.
For the Most Outstanding Grade Chairman, a recognition is given to a teacher who
exhibits exemplary leadership skill among teachers within his/her grade level. She/he
is a compliant to all school reports on or before time, a model of integrity and
professionalism.

Arvin: For the Most Outstanding TEA Officer, a recognition is given to a teacher who is
serving as officer of the Teacher Employee Association for at least 2 years in the same
position. She/he exhibits commitment and dedication in performing his/her duties efficiently

Shira: For the Most Outstanding Key Teacher, a recognition is given to a teacher who
exhibits exemplary leadership skill among teachers handling the same subject. She/he is a

who exhibits exemplary leadership skill in taking charge of the organization, team, committee

Shira: For the Most Outstanding Project Coordinator, a recognition is given to a teacher

Arvin: The employees I am honored to call on are always determined to seize whatever
challenge is tasked to them. They are the teachers who pass on their zeal and
enthusiasms as a legacy to their students.
For our next awardee, a recognition is given to a teacher who is passionate about
helping children learn and about education which leads to a well-founded, intelligent
understanding of learning, teaching, schools and educational policy. She/he shows
exemplary and outstanding accomplishments in all school programs, projects,
coordinatorship, and other school tasks. Our Most Outstanding Teacher is

Shira: For the Most Outstanding Coach/ Trainer, a recognition is given to a teacher who
has the needed skill to provide the best learning experience and get the best from the learners
being trained and coached. She/has earned winnings form competitions joined, a model of
integrity, dedication, hard work and professionalism.
Arvin: And now, for the teacher who has earned the highest rating during the first and second
Classroom teaching Demonstration, a recognition is given to Mr. Mrs. Ms.

Teaching Demonstration Award. Congratulations.
Shira: Our awardees for the first time in this year are truly amazing. They imbibe the values
that should be looked up by everyone: It is their service, their productivity, their excellence,
their commitment, their creativeness, advocacy and leadership. Once again, our heartfelt
congratulations to everyone.
Arvin: And now, for the Service Award. Once, Steve Job says, “Your work is going to
fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you
believe is great work. The only way to do great work is to love what you do.”
Our awardees for today proved that when you love what you do, you will stay longer.
Our first award is the Rosalia N. Sarino Special Citation Award, this award is a
Special recognition given to the teacher who has rendered at least 10 years of
meritorious service in school. She/ he has been an epitome of service to the school
and community. Also, she/he is a model of integrity, dedication, hardwork and

Arvin: For the Extra Mile Award, this award is a special honor created to recognize those
who have shown continuous effort in doing achieving something above what is expected of

Shira: And now for the last but not the least under this category is the Service Milestone
Award. This award is a special honor created to recognize those who have rendered service
for the period of 15 years, 20 years and so on.
For rendering 15 years of service, a Service Milestone Award is given to

Arvin: And now, for the longest running, a Service Milestone Award is given
to a teacher who rendered 30 years of valuable service. May I invite on stage

Shira: To awardees of Service Milestone Award, maam and sir, Thank you
for your extraordinary loyalty, faithfulness and devotion to commitment
over many years of service.

Arvin: Ladies and gentlemen, we have reached the end of our program but what feels like the
end is often the beginning, the beginning to strive harder and achieve excellence for the
coming years. To give us her closing remarks, may I call in the presence of our TEA Vice
President, Mrs. Mindally A. Perello.
Shira: Aguado Elementary School Employees’ Recognition for the School Year 2022-
2023 gives us the way to find teachers who possessed a remarkable accomplishments. This
event gives them the recognition they deserve.
Again, on behalf of Aguado Elementary School, we extend our sincere appreciation
and adoration to all the employees we recognize today. We do hope that you will achieve
even more successes in years to come. And for those who WERE AMAZED AND
INSPIRED BY THESE TEACHER’S ACHIEVEMENTS like us, let’s make this our
motivation to even work harder.
