Fee Notice (Kind Attention: 2nd,3rd,4th & 5th Year Students)

Students of 2nd 3rd,4th & 5th year of the University are required to deposit their respective fees for the
Academic session 2023-2024 latest by15 July 2023 through ERP Module only.

If a student deposit the fee in the bank account of the university then it may not be reflected in
your QUMS account directly which unnecessary causes concern for the administration and the
students. Fee will not be accepted in any another mode.

It should be noted that the students need to deposit the complete semester fee. Partial
submission of fee shall not be considered and fine shall be charged until the students deposit full
semester fee.

FEE STRUCTURE IS DISPLAYED SEPRATELY WITH THIS NOTICE

ONE- TIME FEE PAYMENT REBATE

For students, who deposit their fee for the complete year in single installment i.e. on or
before 15th July 2023 the rebate shall be given as under:

Rs. 2500/ for Day Scholar
BCA/MTECH/DIPLOMA/BBA/BBA LLB(H)/BA LLB(H) BCOM / Rs. 3000/ for Hostler
B.COM(H)/B.COM(H)B&I/B.SC(P/C/M)/B.A.(ECO/ENG)/B.SC(AGRI)(H) Rs. 1500/ for Day Scholar
/ B.A.(H)(JMC)/ DPHARMA/ BMRIT/ B.SC (N & D)/
B.H.M/MCA/M.SC(N & D)
NOTE: The above mention rebate shall automatically be posted in their accounts. No
relaxation of date shall be considered under any circumstances.

The fee submission schedule is mention as under

On or before 15 July 2023 Fee rebate applicable (as defined)
From 16 July 2023 to 31 July 2023 Rs. 500 late fine will be charged
From 1 Aug 2023 to 15 Aug 2023 Rs. 1000 late fine will be charged
From 16 Aug 2023 to 31 Aug 2023 Rs. 1500 late fine will be charged
From 1 Sept 2023 to 15 Sept 2023 Rs. 2500 late fine will be charged
After 16 Sept 2023 Student have to seek for readmission by
paying a readmission fee of Rs. 5000/
The fee submission schedule shall be followed STRICTLY. Date shall be considered as the
date on which the fee is reflected in University bank account/ERP.
