Without these, classes can become chaotic and students will struggle to learn or feel respected. 2) Even small amounts of time lost each day through a lack of organization, such as 5 minutes at the start of each lesson, can add up to a significant loss of instructional time over a school year. It can also lead to disruptive student behaviors escalating. 3) An organized, well-designed classroom environment with engaging features can help students learn. Both the school and home environments influence students, so cooperation between educators and parents is important for developing a complete educational environment.

REFLECTION ON THE CLASSROOM MANAGEMENT
From the report about the Management of Environment

Most teachers have classroom rules, regulations, and procedures in place to make
teaching easier and create an effective learning environment for students. If teachers do
not consciously build and develop procedures for each specific situation, it will lead to
conflicts and breakdowns in relationships with students because then the class will be
chaotic and learners will not be able to learn or feel respected.

Usually in schools, each lesson lasts 45 minutes. If we take five minutes at the
beginning of each class, a teacher term will take 250 minutes, and every school year we
will lose 50 school days of students. Sometimes we think those five minutes don't seem
so important, but if we add up the school year, it will take up a lot of time. Furthermore,
if the teacher loses control at the beginning of the lesson, it will lead to difficulties in
getting the students back to the learning tasks. Inappropriate student behavior will
gradually range from gossip to more serious behaviors that show a lack of respect and
cooperation. So start and end class on time. Show high expectations for students in this
area. If we have a sense of building and strengthening, it will become a good habit and
help students to always hurry in the work without delay or delay.

The issues presented above belong to the management of the classroom


environment. The educational environment is very diverse, which can be roughly divided
into the social environment (including the family environment, and school
environment ...) and the natural environment. For young children, the family environment
and the school environment have a direct impact on the process of personality formation.
These environments exist in a dialectical relationship with each other, so they need to be
organized according to a strict and reasonable mechanism to create a synergy that affects
the formation and development of the world's personality system.
In the classroom, it is indispensable for students to play corners, so to make the
class more engaging and attractive to students, I think teachers should decorate the
classroom environment with vivid and funny images and colors open-minded. The
scientific arrangement is suitable and familiar to students' daily life. Arrange reasonable
operating angles: The activity corner should be quiet, arranged away from noisy activity
corners, library corners/use of books, and paintings in well-lit places...In the educational
activities of each teacher, the hidden strength of the educational environment is very
important. In addition, for an educational environment to be fully developed, it is
necessary to have meeting modes established to help, maintain and constantly improve
the school's educational environment.

Besides the efforts and efforts of educators, the fact that parents also need to care
about their children's education is also part of the development of the educational
environment. Parents must care about their children and create the best conditions to
educate and train students. A complete educational environment is the education of the
school, family, and society, not the school's responsibility.

From the factors mentioned above, it can be seen that the educational environment
has a very important meaning for each person living and operating in that educational
environment. At the same time, these are also considered to be the personal, cognitive,
emotional, emotional, and behavioral effects of each subject through the educational
environment, because a subject will reveal his/her personality. good and limited,
gradually eliminating the bad personality when living in a civilized healthy environment.
And vice versa, the bad personality of a subject is easily exposed to the outside if the
subject lives in an inhuman violent educational environment.

An environment to express yourself, experience, and practice your habits, ethics,


and behavior is not another environment that is education. A place that is considered to
be an organization, that controls behavior and perception in a positive or negative
direction for students is an educational environment. Students' thinking and personality
are good depend largely on their educational environment from childhood to adulthood.
