Metatron.

The Work of the Sun

The Sun, god of light, is the first agent of nature; it rules the sight
beauty of the body, youth and mid-life; by occupying the center of our
planetary system of our planetary system, gives the gift of science,
influences all crowned heads, especially those who have the royal
magnificence and and royal majesty; it rules the wise, fortune, liberality
and charity; under the influence of the negative aspect, it dominates
pride, selfishness, avarice and vanity.
All the characteristics of the sun, its influences, both positive and
negative, and all its designs can be worked with in this ritual. Prosperity,
abundance, brilliance, recognition, healing, purification, life mission,
strength, power, fire element and its qualities, promotions, in short,
everything related to the solar force.

Thus, the NOW (or the sun glyph), represents respect for the
opinion, individuality, and dignity of each citizen. Its constructions mean
that in that city, there is respect for the individual.
It represents our inner self, our soul, our essence, the concept of
individual, spontaneous, natural Self, the piece of us that feels the need
to show ourselves to the world. This expression can be given through
work, social activities, and contact with other people, depending on the
sign where it is positioned.
It has an influence on our self-affirmation and self-esteem, our
brilliance and personal power. It is our essence, the part of us that is
practically unchanging and deeply felt. It interacts with our will, purpose,
capacity for achievement and decision making. The sign that gives color
to this characteristic classifies its mode of activity.
The Sun is the primary source of energy of our planetary system,
the Astro-King that grants us vitality, the centralizer that will guide all
the other positions of the astrological chart. In this case it stands out from
the Moon (which symbolizes our emotions, reactions, and habits) and

from Saturn (rules, limits, social environment, the authority coming from
austere models).
It is the Sun that exposes our conscious and adult
(psychologically speaking) side, sober and activates part of the creativity
that each person carries. It is the one who makes the first delineation of
our design, generating the most basic outlines and traces of our existence.
All the other planets will only complement it with more strokes and more
colors, thus finalizing the artistic creation that is our complete Being, the
living work that the universe manifests as its image and likeness.
The Sun is also one of the guides to our purpose in life, but to
exercise this sense of Self in an ideal way, we must also care about other
people by asserting ourselves, thus achieving true self-confidence and
courage.
The major contributing side of the Sun's influence in Astrology
is to bring energy, vitality, and an inner authority that generates self-
confidence and affirmation. It provides personal value, integrity, and a
sense of identity and independence, opening paths for the fulfillment of
our ambitions.
Its most dissonant characteristic, which is not well used or
worked on psychologically, brings behaviors such as pride, vanity, and
superiority complex, having a great need for attention, like an insecure
child, needing to be the center of attention.

The Maharic Shield

T
he Maharic shield is a practice of spiritual protection that
aims to form a tube or pillar of light around the
practitioner. We use the Merkabah star, the hierophant
symbol - the six-pointed star in its third-dimensional
form. Being much more than a simple protection technique, this shield
also helps planetary healing with constant practice, for it surrounds the
Earth in a beautiful system of healing and light.
Besides having all its spiritual mysticism due to the Jewish
culture of the six-point star. It is a powerful vehicle of light that allows
the soul to move to higher levels of Dimension with its daily practice.
Therefore, it is considered a technology of the 12th Dimension and
brings many benefits to its practitioners.
I came into contact with this technique through an Arcturian
healing course. And I became very interested in the energetic and
spiritual activation capacities it proposes. The invocations and
activations of this technique work with the Arcturians and forces of light;
but on this book, we gonna work with the Archangel Metatron.
According to Rafael Teixeira, who is one of the facilitators of this
technique, which I learned from him, it has the following qualities in its
daily use
01.° It performs the activation process of the eighth to twelfth
chakra. There is not much material available about the descriptions of
the higher chakras, so I will summarize the information I receive from
spirituality about them at this time:
The eighth chakra is called “The Star of the Soul”; through it, the
individual's consciousness, pure state, and spiritual originality are
activated.
The ninth chakra is called “The Stargate”; this chakra represents
the connection of the Higher Self and our divine monod.

The tenth chakra is called “The Intergalactic Gate” and is related

to the movement of the cosmos. The spiritual force brings the connection
between all planes of existence.
The eleventh chakra is called “The Christ Consciousness.” It is
where we have enlightenment and spiritual ascension in total harmony.
It is a chakra that manifests the purest and most authentic light on
everything and everyone in our universe. Especially in our inner
universe.
The twelfth chakra is called “The Great Central Sun.” As the
name implies, it is the galactic sun that provides life to its entire system
of stars and planets. It is also closely connected to the life movement of
the divine Creator. The whole universe moves toward spiritual ascension
and the purest and most complete happiness through him.
02.° Helps open the Crystalline Shields in the body and activate
the perfect genetic code (Crystalline DNA - Made of Light). In this
activation, the Merkabah becomes full and radiates at its maximum
power.
03.° Enables the practitioner the opening his body of light.
Becoming a powerful tool for planetary healing and in their crystalline
grid.
04.° It enables the anchoring and transmission of energies and
vibrational healing patterns of the 12th Dimension. Where every healing
vehicle is potentiated, it becomes more lasting and permanent in
anchoring the higher vibrations and frequencies besides the absence of
distortions or disharmonies of the personal magnetic field or the one
receiving this energy.
05.° Protects the user against intrusive energies, acting very well
in channeling, healing, and astral projection cases. It is also very valid in
magical works and spiritual experiences.
06.° Amplifies the results of all harmonic spiritual activities.
07.° Provides harmonization of the chakras, energies, vibrational,
magnetic, and environmental fields. Both personal and planetary.

08.° Brings the realignment with the frequencies of light,

revitalizes and regenerates the injured and subtle fields of the
practitioner.
09.° Prepares and equips the practitioner to receive and sustain
the increasing flow of energies of higher frequencies, which are
constantly being activated by stellar seeds and the planetary crystalline
grid.
With these qualities, we can understand that we achieve many
things with the constant spiritual practice of this technique. Done daily,
we can obtain unlimited planetary energy for harmonic use in the healing
and ascension of our being, our fellow beings, and the planet itself.
First, we will activate the Maharic shield, and once it is activated,
we can use it constantly and daily. To do this, we follow the instructions
on the next page.

Activation of the Maharic Shield and Merkabah star

01.° Play the mantra “Kadosh Adonai Tsebaoth.” You can easily
find it on video platforms. I recommend the version of the channel
“Universe IRDIN” available on youtube. Leave this mantra playing
softly over the place until the end of the activation of the shield and the
Merkabah star.
02.° Sitting or lying down, relax and breathe deeply momentarily.
Then, begin relaxing your feet, legs, trunk, shoulders, hands, arms, back,
neck, and head, relaxing and releasing the tensions of each one gently,
always taking deep breaths in the process, until you feel that your body
and spirit are completely relaxed and peaceful during this process. A
feeling of calmness will come over your being; keep breathing deeply
until this feeling comes over you. It is also advisable to calm your
spiritual, emotional, sentimental, mental, and spiritual bodies. Relaxing
all of them completely.
03.° Make the following invocation out loud:
"I (Say your full name), invoke the beloved presence of God the
Father and Mother. The Cosmic Christ and the Holy Spirit. I invoke the
Ascended Masters of the interplanetary and cosmic hierarchy. The
Archangel Metratron and the divine militias. The Ashtar command, and
Commander Ashtar Sheran, and my powerful and beloved I AM
presence. And in special, to Archangel Metatron. To assist me here and
now in the activation of my personal Maharic shield."
04.° Now mentally perform the following prayer:
“From the point of light of the mind of God. Let the light flow
into the minds of men. And let the light descend to the Earth. From the
point of love of the heart of God. May love flow to the hearts of men.
May Christ, return to Earth. From the center where the will of God is
known, may purpose guide the little wills of men. The purpose that the
masters know and serve. From the center, which we call the race of men,
may the plan of love and light be realized. And may the door to evil be
closed. May the light, love, and power, re-establish the divine plan on
Earth today and for all eternity, amen.”

05.° Visualize a flat Merkabah star (Six-pointed star) made of

white light. Positioned on your pineal gland in the exact center of your
brain. Breathe gently until you can see this star.
06.° Visualizing the white Merkabah star. Move it to the left side
of your brain. And hold it at this point.
07.° Now do a new visualization of a new flat Merkabah star
made of silver light. Positioned on your pineal gland in the exact center
of your brain. Breathe gently until you can see this star.
08.° Visualizing the silver Merkabah star. Move it to the right
side of your brain. And hold it there.
09.° Visualize now that you have two bright stars. One on each
side of your brain.
10.° Move the two stars slowly towards each other. And visualize
the two stars merging, forming a three-dimensional Merkabah star of
silvery white light. Breathe deeply until you can do this visualization
completely.
11.° Visualize the Merkabah star going down your spine, leaving
your base chakra, and going to the center of the Earth.
12.° When your star reaches the center of the Earth, visualize it
spinning faster and faster. Producing an enormous amount of silvery
white light which covers the whole Earth in the process. Breathe deeply
until you can do this visualization completely.
13.° Take three deep breaths. As you breathe in pull the energies
of the star Merkabah into your being. As you breathe out, move this
energy back to the star Merkabah in the center of the Earth.
14.° At this point, pull the energy of the Merkabah again up to
thirty centimeters below your feet. It is okay to pull the energy, and it
stays below a floor, ground, or place where you are standing. If you are
doing this practice lying down, visualize it below the ground as if you
were standing or sitting during this practice.
15.° When you can visualize this energy thirty centimeters below
your feet. It forms a powerful silver-white shield.

16.° Visualize the star Merkabah in the center of the Earth, rising
to where your powerful silver-white shield is. Always visualizing its
glorious light and its faster-than-light spin.
17.° With the star thirty centimeters below your feet. Do the
activation conjuration of your Maharic shield three times:
“I activate my Maharic shield at 100% now”. 3x
18.° Visualize the star Merkabah rising and moving through your
entire body. Creating a tube or pillar of silvery white light that surrounds
your entire being. The star stops five meters above your head.
19.° Visualize this all-silver-white light thirty centimeters below
your feet. Five meters above your head. This is your Maharic shield.
20.° Repeat the conjuration three times:
“I activate my Maharic shield at 100% now”. 3x
21.° Say the closing prayer of the activation:
“I (Say your name), give thanks for the beloved presence of God
the Father and Mother. Of the Cosmic Christ and the Holy Spirit. I thank
the Ascended Masters of the interplanetary and cosmic hierarchy and the
beloved Archangel Michael. I thank the Lord of Arcturus and the beloved
Arcturians. I thank the Ashtar Command, and Commander Ashtar
Sheran, and my powerful and beloved I AM presence. And in particular,
I thank my beloved Arcturian guide. For assisting me in the activation of
my Maharic and personal and planetary shield.” End.
The Maharic shield lasts about 8 to 10 hours active. This time can
vary more or less in large quantities. It is possible to keep it always active
with the constant practice of this technique.
To reactivate the shield after the first activation, follow steps 01,
02, and 12 through 19. There is no need to repeat the prayers. But it is
highly recommended to do so. To make it more didactic:
- We do the process of the Kadosh mantra.
- We relax our body
- We visualize the star Merkabah in the center of the Earth.

- We pull its light three times and return this light three times to
the center of the Earth through breathing.
- We pull the energy thirty centimeters below our feet.
- We visualize the creation of a silvery white shield.
- We pull the star until it is thirty centimeters below our feet.
- We activate the shield three times:
“I activate my Maharic shield at 100% now”. 3x

Activation of the Being of Light

T
he activation is also called the integration of the Being of
Light. It is based on the integration of the practitioner with
his Higher Self. In this technique, we will activate and
expand our Merkabah star to align our essence with our
higher source. Besides this great benefit, this technique is a powerful
force of spiritual protection for our seven bodies. And it allows us to
move through the astral planes with protection and lucidity.
This activation should be done once a day, together with the
Maharic Shield. And in all the practices in this book, it should be used
before any ritual. To connect with higher light sources, we must align
ourselves with these vibratory frequencies and thus access the divine.
Using these two techniques already removes countless problems
we could acquire through lack of spiritual protection, lucidity, and
disunity with our divine Self. All angelical contact is amplified,
harmonized, and potentiated when the practitioner appropriately
connects with his superior light source. All the work in this book aims at
this. The union with the sources of light to shine that light in this world.
People who have problems with obsessive, dark, and deceptive entities
during their rituals, understand that this system of magick is of great
value for their development and expansion of their consciousness.
Integrating with your Higher Self and activating the divine
Merkabah will significantly open your eyes. And will provide you with
a great awakening of your being that will guide you to your divine
completeness.
Activation Exercise of the Being of Light
01.° Play the mantra “Kadosh Adonai Tsebaoth.” You can easily
find it on video platforms. I recommend the version of the channel
“Universe IRDIN” available on youtube. Leave this mantra playing
softly over the place until the end of the activation of the shield and the
Merkabah star.

Ashtar Sheran. The Archangel Metatron and my powerful and beloved I
AM presence. To assist me here and now in activating and integrating
my Being of Light."
04.° Now mentally perform the following prayer:
“From the point of light of the mind of God. Let the light flow

05.º Visualize a small white triangle above your head, with the
tip facing down.
06.º Visualize a small silver triangle below your feet, with the
point facing up.
07.º Now move the two triangles towards each other. Move them
slowly until you reach your chest, right where your heart chakra is
located.

08.º Inhale with strength and visualize the two triangles coming
together. Forming a silver-white Merkabah star in the center of your
chest.
09.º Perform the following mental command:
"Merkabah Star, expand now!" 3x.
10.º Visualize the Merkabah Star growing and expanding.
Wrapping your body completely in a radiant silver-white light. Covering
all your seven bodies beyond.
11.° Visualize the Merkabah Star beginning to emit beams of
golden light. And in due time, this golden light expands in such a way
that it completely envelops you. Visualize this light being radiated in all
directions.
12.° Keep visualizing the Merkabah Star in the golden color,
covering your entire being in this light. Until you can feel and/or see your
whole body completely golden with this light.
13.° Perform the following command out loud:
"I am a Being of Light completely integrated and unified with the
Divine Light" 3x.
14.º Stay relaxed and keep visualizing the golden light and the
Merkabah Star all over your body. Let the integration and unification
with your Divine Light flow.
15.° Pray the closing prayer of the activation:
“I (Say your name), give thanks for the beloved presence of God
the Father and Mother. Of the Cosmic Christ and the Holy Spirit. I thank
the Ascended Masters of the interplanetary and cosmic hierarchy and the
beloved Archangel Michael. I thank the Ashtar Command, and
Commander Ashtar Sheran, and my powerful and beloved I AM
presence. For assisting me in the activation, integration and unification
of my Being of Light.” End.
Prayers are only necessary the first time you activate your Being
of Light (however, they are highly recommended every time). For the
other practices, just perform the steps numbered: 1, 2, 5 until 14.

Method 1: Golden Star

T
he practice of the golden star, as the name implies. The
meditation method should be adopted daily for the
personal and spiritual development of your being.
Applying the simple techniques here, you can act on
many spiritual levels to manifest your desires. Both internal changes and
external manifestations. As well as the possibility of helping those you
wish with the knowledge given to you on these pages.
The method of the golden star is based on the meditation of the
divine seal available here that contain one of the names to be worked on
according to the reader's will. In a few minutes, you will have all the
standard benefits of meditation, plus all the strength and energy that this
practice brings to the lives of those who enjoy this great blessing given
to humanity.
First, find a quiet, clean place where you will not be interrupted
during meditation. If this is not possible, you can perform this practice
according to your space and time constraints.
You don't need to be alone to do this meditation, but like any
spiritual practice, you should have your moments of introspection for the
best results. Then, when you have achieved all these favorable situations,
follow the steps on the next page.
The techniques for protecting the Maharic Shield and activating
the Being of Light are optional in this method. However, if you have the
time and inclination to do them, I highly recommend them.

Christ. From the Divine Planetary Christ. From my Higher Self. From
the Sacred Holy Spirit and the Beloved Universe. So that you assist me
in this meditation, and that your light may govern this divine work”.
04.° Think about what you wish to achieve. What you wish to
change, heal, manifest, cleanse, regenerate, etc. Both internal changes
and external changes are valid at this moment.
05.° Connect with the sigil of the sun made available here.
Visualizing the brightness of the sun, the warmth, the touch of the sun
on your skin, the symbolism of noon, and a huge yellow fire star over
our solar system.
06.° Mentalize the divine seal above your head. Shining a radiant
golden - yellow light that covers your whole body and place where you
are. The golden light represents the Christic consciousness of purity and
unconditional love.
- There is no need to be able to visualize all the names in Hebrew.
Instead, take the appropriate time to connect with the divine seal.
- Focus on the central name of the divine seal.
- Visualize the complete star shining the golden light.
07.° Focus on your desire and visualize it being taken up by this
golden light and fully bathed, healed, and manifested by this divine light.
08.° Expand the golden radiance to the entire Earth. Visualizing
the planet being filled with radiant golden light.
09.° Stay in this golden meditation for a few moments. Until you
feel the energies have been appropriately manifested, both in the planet
and you.
Do the closing prayer:

Divine Planetary Christ. To my Higher Self. To the Sacred Holy Spirit
and the Beloved Universe. For the opportunity of manifestation of

Return usually to your day, and try to keep your thoughts
elevated.

Sending out the golden energy.

The golden star method can be expanded so that you can
intercede on behalf of others with this technique. In this magical practice,
we will send the sacred energies of the central divine name of the star to
bless and bring light to those you wish to help in any way. Other
situations that this technique can be used are:
- If you can send the energies into the past, assisting in healing
and releasing old things.
- You can send the energies to animals, vegetation, forests,
springs, or any place in the natural world.
- You can send the energies into the devic worlds of the
elementals, to increase your connections with the elements and bless the
divine spirits.
- You can send the energies to ancestors, spirit guides, and any
entity that you wish to help, heal, or bless.
- You can send the energies to solve various problems.
- You can send the energies to any place in the world. Including
the spiritual world and even the umbral/hell. To assist in the healing of
the spirits that reside there.
- Energies can be sent for the healing of parallel lines and
realities. Including dimensions, levels of consciousness, triggers that
activate destructive timelines, or anything aligned or intertwined with a
negative destiny for humanity.
- You can send the energies for planetary healing. Covering the
whole earth in the golden light of Christ.
- And of course, we can send it to people, family members,
acquaintances, friends, strangers on the street, etc.
Infinite are the possibilities of this action. Everyone who receives
this force, animated or not, receives the attunement of the sacred star, the
Christic energies, and the divine name to be worked upon. It is a way to
provide and expand the light in this world. And receive light in the
process.

To do this, we follow the following steps:

01.° Perform the activation of your Maharic Shield.
02.° Activate your Being of Light.
03.º Pray the opening prayer:
"I (Say your name), ask for the intercession of the Divine Cosmic
Christ. From the Divine Planetary Christ. From my Higher Self. From
the Sacred Holy Spirit and the Beloved Universe. So that you assist me
in this meditation, and that your light may govern this divine work.
04.° Think about what you wish to achieve. What you wish to
change, heal, manifest, cleanse, regenerate, etc. Both internal changes
and external changes are valid at this moment.
05.° Connect with the sigil of the sun made available here.

06.° With the palms of both hands facing upwards. Mentalize the
divine seal being formed as a great golden – yellow ball of light. This
ball of light radiates a radiant golden light that covers your whole body
and the place where you are. The golden light represents Christ's
consciousness of purity and unconditional love.
07.º Perform the following prayer of delivery of the light:
“I (Say your name), at this time, ask that the divine forces of light.
Therefore, from the beloved Cosmic Christ, my Higher Self, The Sacred
Holy Spirit and the beloved Universe, bring this sacred star and its
blessings to (Say the name of the person, place, desired situation, etc.).
So that all may be harmonized, healed and bathed in the divine light.”
08.° Visualize the sacred star going to the desired person, place,
or situation and completely bathing it. In a radiant Christic energy of
unconditional love, elevation, purity, and divine harmony.
09.° Expand the golden radiance to the entire Earth. Visualizing
the planet being taken by a radiant golden light.

10.° Stay in this golden meditation for a few moments. Until you
feel that the energies have been properly manifested, both on the planet,
and in the objective that is being worked on.
Do the closing prayer:
"I (Say your name), thank the Divine Cosmic Christ. To the

and the Beloved Universe. For the opportunity of manifestation of
healing and harmony in my life. And for the expansion of your light on
