Procedures in Selection of EC Gen MGR
VACANCY PUBLICATION
Upon approval of the Board of Directors, publication of vacancy within the
EC shall be made through Office Memorandum.
Interested applicant must submit letter of intent and accomplished
application form (FORM 001) to the ISD- HRAD within the deadline
indicated in the publication.
HRAD will then post the information submitted using the Comparative
Data (FORM-002)
QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
I. Educational Background
● Accountancy
● Behavioural Sciences
b. Completion of post graduate degree or its equivalent, or
with
Master’s degree /s is preferable

SCREENING OF APPLICANTS

1. All applicants must pass through a written qualifying examination as a measure
to applicant’s knowledge and capability relevant to the operation of power
industry.
2. Only applicants who have passed the qualifying examination and qualification
standard shall be allowed to undergo screening and evaluation to determine their
fitness as General Manager.
3. Applicants shall then be gauged through the following parameters using the
Screening and Evaluation Matrix (Form -003)
