professional success. That’s why this MBA is
“hyper-localised” – it is deeply rooted in the
management skills that you need to be successful
in this part of the world.

We showcase the way business is done in the DACH region (Germany=D;

Austria=A; and Switzerland=CH). What’s so special about DACH? It’s the largest
economy in Europe, its cities dominate the current top 10 Quality of Life rankings,
and it attracts incredible international talent.

We will take you on a journey that offers 5 mega courses: Purpose, People, Invest,
Customer, and Innovate. In doing so, we zero in on 5 of the most notable Swiss
industries: Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals, Finance, Technology, and
Consulting. And there will be much more: stretch your team and leadership
capabilities, join forces with new friends to compete in case competitions, interact
with companies both in St. Gallen and in other DACH cities, and gear up for the
job market via workshops and unlimited 1-2-1 coaching.

Every single element of this curriculum will ask you to zoom in on a business
issue, a problem that must be solved. These problems can only be solved through
multi-disciplinary thinking, leveraging the strengths of a diverse team, and using
structure and data to underpin solutions. And of course, successful resolution of
these problems requires stepping into the shoes of all relevant stakeholders.

You see, we live in a world where once-a-century events are happening

once-a-year, and so the world needs problem solvers to address today’s grand
challenges. We want you to think big, experiment, take risks, and be
entrepreneurial thinkers of the future. We want you to have the skills to create,
design, and execute solutions that not only make sense, but that can transform the
way we work and play.
