How to Use Learning Rooms

Accompanying virtual courses, the course Learning Room lets you communicate
outside of virtual session times. It also contains useful information and materials
related to the course all in one place.
You can post questions to instructors, upload screenshots and discuss with other
trainees. Instructors check the room daily and will add material, tips and answers
in the room or pick up topics you have flagged in subsequent sessions.
Learning Rooms open a few days before the course start date and remain open
after the final session giving you the time to follow up on any specific queries you
have. The closing date will be displayed in the room.

You’ll receive an email invite to your learning room. You can access the room by
selecting ‘Learning Rooms’ in the main menu. View the Learning Room overview
on the next page to help find your way around.
