1. References:
a. Memorandum from C, RIDMD3 dated August 10, 2023 with
same subject as above.
b. Verbal Instruction of PCOL RUDECINDO L REALES, DRDO,
PRO3 dated 9, 2023; and
c. National EMPO dated August 9, 2023, presided by TDCO.

2. In connection with the above references, direct the team leaders and all
members of your Municipal Drug Enforcement Operatives, and all your investigators
to attend the lecture of our Provincial Legal Officer, PLTCOL ENRICO T RIGOR via
Zoom platform regarding the lessons learned on the Supreme Court Ruling PP vs
ROBERT UY, et al with GR nr 25307-2023. Further, the PDEU team leader and all
the members are advised to attend physically at the PTOC Conference Room Camp
Captain Victor V Ravina Brgy Sabang Baler, Aurora on August 14, 2023, (Monday)
at 8:30 AM. Uniform will be GOA Type A for PCO and GOA Type B for PNCO. The
participants who will attend virtually are advised to log-in 30 minutes before the said
activity via Zoom ID: 410 756 5571 and Passcode: appo.
