A Greedy Barber

Critical Thinking
Read the story with graphics.
An elephant and a tailor were very good friends. The tailor always gave him a
banana to eat. One day, the tailor fell ill. His son was sitting in the shop. The
elephant came there as usual. He put his trunk into the shop for banana. But the
tailor’s son pricked a needle into his trunk. The elephant felt pain. He drew back
his trunk.

He went to the pond. He filled his trunk with muddy water. He came back to the
tailor’s shop. He threw the muddy water over the tailor’s son. Thus the elephant
had his revenge.
