My most heartfelt congratulations to all graduating Senior High School/Junior
High School/Elementary School completers of this school year 2022-2023!
This occasion is truly a significant milestone in your lives!

I also congratulate all the parents, teachers, and stakeholders for their efforts
in ensuring that the right learning environment is provided so that this
momentous occasion becomes a reality.

The theme of this school year’s rites “Gradweyt ng K to 12: Hinubog ng Matatag
na Edukasyon” (K to 12 Graduates: Molded through a Resilient Educational
Foundation) suggests that by graduating/completing, you have manifested
resilience and perseverance that allowed you to successfully hurdle the
challenges and requirements of the K to 12 curriculum. The theme also
guarantees that because you have been honed by a MATATAG education, you
have now the basic tools to be steadfast and unwavering in the face of
adversities. Your graduation/completion assures you that you are ready to
face a world full of volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity. Ikaw
