In reference Divisional Memorandum No. 166, s, 2023, re: Orientation- Seminar of the Newly Hired Teachers for CY 2023, this Office informs all concerned that the activity shall be conducted at Be Palace Hotel, Valconcha St., Aguada, Ozamiz City on July 21-22 and 28-29 instead of July 20-21 and 27-28, 2023 due to overlapping of professional development activity in the use of training venue. 2. Teacher-participants of this orientation shall be granted 2-day service credits while non-teaching personnel involved shall also be granted 2 -day Compensatory Time-Off (CTO), re: Updated Guidelines on the Grant of Service Credits to Teachers; DepEd Order No. 84, s. 2003, re: Addendum to DepEd Order No. 53, s, 2003, ( Updated Guidelines on Grant of Service Credits to Teachers) ; and Civil Service Commission and Department of Budget and Management Joint Circular No. 2, s. 2004 for Day 2 and Day 4 of the activity which fall on a Saturday. 3. Other provisions in the Memorandum shall remain in effect. 4.
