science, provide scientific advice in the form of policies, build global cooperation, education
and public engagement and become an institution that demonstrates the importance of
science to all people.

DAY 1 : Opening Ceremony
Friday, August 11th, 2023
18.30 (+7 GMT : Jakarta/Bangkok/Hanoi Time)
❑ The opening ceremony was held virtually using Zoom
Meeting

❑ The opening ceremony was attended by the team leader,


members and supervising teachers

❑ Every participant must attend this opening ceremony

❑ Zoom meeting link will be given via participant group chat

❑ Use the naming format when entering a zoom meeting:


Project ID_Name

❑ Use your country's flag as Virtual Background


DAY 2 & 3 : Judging Session
Saturday - Sunday, August 12th – 13th , 2023
16.00 (+7 GMT : Jakarta/Bangkok/Hanoi Time)
❑ Each team will be divided into several presentation groups (schedule will be informed
later)
❑ The online presentation will use the Zoom Cloud Meeting platform
❑ Participants in the group must enter the Zoom Meeting Room according to the
specified time.Each team will be given 10 minutes for project presentations and QnA
(6 minutes for presentations, 4 minutes for QnA)
❑ Any team that exceeds the presentation time and QnA will be immediately dismissed
by the moderator
❑ If within 2 minutes the participants are not there after the moderator calls, the
participant's presentation time will be end
❑ Each participant is required to turn off the microphone (mute) while other participants
are making a presentation
❑ Use Project ID-Name- format to enter zoom meeting, exp : ID-MHS-220123
❑ If you have embedded videos into the PowerPoint, you are strongly advised to extract
the videos out to maximize screen sharing fluency.

DAY 4 : Project Exchange and
Awarding Ceremony
Sunday, August 20th, 2023
16.00 (+7 GMT : Jakarta/Bangkok/Hanoi Time)
Project excange is the sharing of information about the project
made by the participants with the following conditions:

❑ Each team will be given 4 minutes to introduce their project


and the culture of their country to other participants (2
minutes to introduce the project and 2 minutes to introduce
the culture of their country)

❑ The project excange will be carried out using Zoom Meeting


in several rooms in the Breakout room

❑ Use only 2 PowerPoint slides when presenting a project


excange. Examples are on the next page
Awarding Ceremony

Sunday, August 20th, 2023


18.30 (+7 GMT : Jakarta/Bangkok/Hanoi Time)
Awarding and Closing ceremony, is the highlight of IRPrO
2023. At this event we will present representatives from the
Indonesian Ministry of Education, and how many well-known
speakers from scientists in Indonesia.

In this event, awards will also be given to the finalists.
