Job descriptions:
Develop and maintain the document control project protocol and document distribution matrix
Ensure all drawings, software, reports and documents published to the system are associated with a
document transmittal
Prepare document transmittals for all information issued to the project and client team
Managing document control enforcement as well as liaising with the consultants, partners, vendors,
and customers on execution and ensuring procedural compliance
Maintaining software, hardware and providing support relates to document control function
Conducting training related to document control such as filing system, tools and standards
Maintain company electronic and paper-based drawing and document filing system
Incorporating filing system into respective design management, project management and plant
management so as to achieve system integration for project and plant operations & maintenance
Providing project administration support including progress supports during project execution and
commissioning work
Support the project team with additional information related and administrative tasks as required
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and other Document
Management Systems
Technically minded and confident in training people on document control processes is a plus
