Next will be the ELIGIBLE ENTITY VERIFICATION

Note; In Most Cases it Going to be the 3rd Option, This Is where 95% of People are Applying
Under and Getting Approved !

Reason is if you are Among those people without an LOC & an EIN NUMBER This Will the best
Option that is Applicable to you in your Circumstance

U will see ----> ELIGIBLE ENTITY VERIFICATION

Choose One:

*Applicant is an individual who operates under a sole proprietorship, with or without

employees, or as an independent contractor.

Once You've Selected your Verification you will need to Review and Check all of the Following,

Note; if you cannot check all the options that means you are not eligible for the Offer!

Now This Page is Where a Lot of People Gets Stocked, Because it says Business Legal Name, If
you are a person that is Applying under a Independent Contractor meaning you do not have a
Proper LOC then what you will Put here is just you Name..

Trade name you can just put your own Name!

Note; The Gross Revenue Section is Actually Where a Lot of People end up Getting
Denied So Remember Gross Revenue is Actually the Total Number Before Expenses,
So it is literally the Bigger Number Without Expenses and Cost Taken into Account!

TIPS 1; Next is the Cost of Goods Sold (COG). The Cost Of Goods Sold Needs to be
Less than the Revenue for the 12Months Period..
TIPS 2; If the Cost of Goods Sold is More Chances are you are gonna be Denied

Organization Type*: Independet contractor

*is the Applicant a Non-Profit Organization? * Select--> NO

*Is the Applicant a Franchise? * Select--> Yes

Gross Revenue select any amount over $150k

Also for cost of goods, input Above $60 or $50k

For rental properties select below $35k

From the NonProfit-Compensation Sources leave blank

Next is the date Business was established in, so you will wanna put What Ever date the Business
was established in.

NOTE; KEEP IN MIMD THAT IF YOUR BUSINESS WAS ESTABLISHED AFTER 01/31/2020 you are
Not Eligible, So will wanna make sure you keep that in mind While Applying

Next you would be required to fill in Business address, input the Address on your fullz, Also you
can use any US phone Number, also clone an email, and put it there on Business Email.

Follow the above information as used for employee select within the range of 9-16

Next Is the Business Owner Information.

TIPS; Is Your Business Owned by a Business Entity? Click No!!!

Make sure you Select that if not it won't allow you to move On!

*Is Your Business Owned By a Business Entity? Select--> NO

Next is individual Owner, Its Just to Enter The Information of the Fullz That You Have
Over Again!!

Ownership percentage input 100%

And Move On
Next Will Be Additional Information;

Make Sure You Sellect No as Shown in the Picture Below

Answer No FOR ALL

And Below that is Where You Enter Your Bank Details/ Movo or Any Prepaid Card that you
have Access to and proceed. Or you could use your client account. You can Use any Account
and it doesn’t really need to Match
Check the Box and Click Next.

Once you click next that Literally ALL!!!
