Operating Instructions for Vision System (CCD)

1. The software automatically start after startup, or double-click the

software shortcut on the desktop to open the main interface of the software:

2. While entering the main interface, it may have been set to automatic operation.
If it is necessary to operate and set parameters (or modify parameters due to errors
reported during operation), click the "Stop" button at the lower left corner first,
and then click the "Reset - Start" button next to it when running again.

3. Click the "File" - "User authority" in the upper left corner, select the
engineer (system administrator) authority, and input the password to log in (no
password by default). The software is logged in as an operator by default. When
other operations such as program modification are required, the engineer or system
administrator must be logged in, and the system administrator has higher authority.

4. For the selection area where the camera is enabled at the bottom, only the
camera station that is triggering photography is selected in the check box "Camera
xx (No.)", and the compensation value means that the two circles must be forced to
extend to specified distance after normal operation:
If the camera station is not selected: the camera will not take photos for
calculating;
That more than one camera station selected will lead to: the software is always
waiting for the trigger signal to take photos and the machine cannot receive the
communication offset command (it refers to the station with a camera but the
machine does not radiate out the trigger signal. While two cameras as a group,
the previous camera will always wait even without the trigger signal, the next
camera will not take photos even if it can get the trigger signal, and all offset
commands cannot be carried out) An error is reported during operation (the
station is not equipped with a camera or is not set normally).

5. Click the button at the lower left corner "Tracing and color register system
setting" to pop up a new box. Select the correct number of cameras in the "Camera
number" dialog box. In the left check box "Camera xx (number)", you must and can
only select the camera station that is triggering photography. Select the colors
printed by the station in the corresponding color blocks. Finally, click "Save" -
"Exit" in the lower right corner.

6. After the above settings are correct, click "Reset" - "Start" at the lower
left corner of the main interface in turn to start the machine operation, so that
the corresponding camera station receives the signals for the triggering photograph.
At this time, the image display area of the main interface will be continuously
updated and displayed. To operate the machine so to display the double circle to
the image center.
7. Observe whether there is 2 assistant circles appear. The small circle is
green, and the large circle is purple. Along with the upper left corner displays
and calculates the respective migrated values of the current size center in both
transversal and longitudinal directions.
8. Click "Camera Operation" in the lower left corner of the main interface so
to pop up a new window to record "Data Acquisition" and "Modeling" of the camera

9. If the double-circle-positioning is inaccurate, the latest image is

collected during normal operation, and then select "Modeling" in the previous
item, and set the double-circle-positioning according to the following contents of
this item.
Click "small-circle-template", and the mouse will become a red cross while it moving on

orange three line circle to frame the outline of small circle, and the outline of big circle
and small circle will be found automatically. There will also be green letters on the screen
as a remind. The template is now complete.
Similarity: set the percentage ratio of the similarity for the big circle and the small
circle comparing with the template pattern.
Contrast: set the contrast of the target edge
Location: divided into the first layer, the last layer and all. When multiple lines are
detected in the detection area, the target line can be selected sequentially.
Type: white to black, black to white and all. As shown in the figure, this is from black
to white. Observe the arrow direction.
Sampling distances: The larger the distance is, the fewer points will be collected and
vice versa. Select according to the actual need to ensure the stability of range point in
line.
Sampling Width: set the width of the sampling.
Amplitude: the gray contrast of the edge area.
Fitting factor: eliminate abnormal value.
Allowable deviation: the allowable deviation of the sampling point.
If only take the small circle as the template, click "Template Adjustment" to enter the
