Audio/Visual Resources Planning Template (with Examples)

English 101

Your online course must include at least two audio/visual

components in every weekly module. In this form, you must provide an
outline of how you plan to meet the audio/visual requirement for each of the
eight modules. The options include, but are not limited to:
(1)Utilizing pre-existing YouTube or other open resource videos or
podcasts
VIDEO REQUIREMENTS

 All videos must be 30 minutes or under.

 If you select a YouTube or open-source video, it must have closed
captioning enabled to be included in the course.
HOW TO FILL OUT THIS FORM

 Type of Presentation: If you plan to find and use pre-existing videos

via YouTube or another open-source, simply list the source where you
found the item. (i.e. “YouTube video”)
 Title of Presentation: In this section, please list the title of the
content as you’d like it to appear in your course.
 Hyperlinks: If you plan to use a pre-existing video, you must include
the hyperlinks in this form.
 Closed Captioning: If you plan to use a pre-existing video, you must
check to make sure that the video has closed captioning enabled or an
accompanying transcript. If it does, mark “yes”. If it doesn’t, it will not
be included in the course.
