Application Procedure for Non-Exclusive Technology

Transfer
Note:

1. Application Processing Fee

a. Rs. 500/- for Indian entities

b. US $ 50/- for foreign entities
2. Each technology transfer application is required to be applied through*
<technologies.britatom.gov.in> with annexures as applicable and a printout of pdf file
generated should be sent by Speed Post along with a Demand draft / Banker’s cheque
for application processing fee drawn in favour of “Accounts Officer, BARC” payable at
Mumbai.

Please note that Technology Transfer application processing Fee is non-refundable,

non- transferable fee.
3. Technology Transfer fee will be charged separately to the selected party
accepting the technology.
4. Applications without processing fee or applications sent by email will not be
considered for Technology Transfer. Please note that this is only an application
processing fee and does not confer any rights for Technology Transfer.
5. Foreign applicants may please note that their application will be considered subject to
clearance from statutory bodies.

A sample form is attached for reference.

*First time applicants need to first ‘Sign Up’ at <technologies.britatom.gov.in> with

company/ legal entity details, no fee is chargeable for signing up. Thereafter using ‘Sign In’
credential, the desired technologies can be applied for transfer. After filling, the application
form to be downloaded and printed for each technology for sending by Speed Post with
supporting documents to following address: Head, Technology Transfer & Collaboration
Division, Bhabha Atomic Research Centre, Trombay, Mumbai 400085.
