While the service desk lies in the corner of the plan, its middle space is
occupied by the library.
There was a main entrance and a side entrance in the northwest and
northeast corners of the floor, between which was a registration area.

By 2010, the whole land had been cleared for the construction of a
reservoir and a dam.
There was a change to A and B, with the former being replaced by X and
the latter being transformed/converted into Y.
A café has been set up in the original place of the bookstore/where the
bookstore used to be. This has enabled/allowed customers to enjoy
refreshments while reading books in the store.
There did not use to be any cinemas or shops near the port, but the last few
years has seen/witnessed the building of new facilities in the port area.
