A Letter to your child
Parents/Guardians,

Now, I have an assignment for you. I would love for you to wri te your
chi ld a letter. This assignment is pretty open ended. It can be
handwri tten or typed, long or short. Your chi ld won’t see this letter unti l
they are graduating from 8th grade. I am supplying you an envelope to
put this letter in, so they can’t see i t. If both parents/guardians wish to
wri te a letter, I can supply you wi th an addi tional envelope. Just please
let me know.
