I have negotiated my resignation/performance period with my current employer (CDM Smith) and after several rounds of
negotiations, they finally agreed to release me by end of Nov 2015 . Through this email, i want to confirm you my new
joining date will be Dec 1st, 2015.

I believe, this will be acceptable to you.
