1. Responsible for company permits and monitoring permits that will expire, taking care of extending company
permits starting from environmental permits, TPS permits, liquid waste disposal permits, permits for production
equipment and machinery, operational licenses (SIO), certificates of proper function (SLF) , Mandatory
Employment Reports (WLKP), SIINas/IOMKI, Advertising Permits, etc.
2. Responsible for cooperation agreements with vendors/suppliers and drafting cooperation agreements using the
Web-Formula application
3. Make a report to the manpower office regarding permits for tools and machinery, the environmental service and the
company's environmental documents.

 HSE
1. Responsible for the implementation of Safety Industry for guests/vendors and ensuring that Guests and Vendors
comply with the internal provisions of the Company's SMK3
2. Responsible for the safety and comfort of workers while in the factory
3. Responsible for the implementation of Project activities starting from granting work permits, Job Safety Analysis
(JSA)
4. Active in the management of the P2K3 Team as the Company's P2K3 Secretary and prepares HSE/K3 reports
5. As an Internal Auditor for SMK3 in the company to ensure that the implementation of SMK3 in the company is
running.
6. Responsible for ensuring inspection and testing of tools and machines has been carried out
7. Responsible for the implementation of work environment testing
8. Responsible for implementing SMK3 and ISO 14001:2015 in the company
9. Person in charge of Hazardous and Toxic Waste (PLB3), identify B3, prepare B3 balance, hand over B3 to 3rd

10. Responsible for environmental control, starting from LB3 pollution control, water pollution control, air pollution
