challenging the judgement & order dated 25.11.2022
passed by the learned Family Judge, Puri in C.P. No. 182
of 2014,wherein the learned Family Judge passed an
order against the present appellant husband thereby
allowing the petition U/s. 25 of the Hindu Adoption and
Maintenance Act, 1956 and directed the appellant
husbandto pay an enhanced maintenance ofRs .10,000/-
per month to the Respondent no. 1 wife and Rs. 5,000/-
per month to the Respondent no. 2 daughter till her
marriage or till date of her earning whichever is earlier
from the date of filing of the petition, i.e., 27.08.2014.
